Jack did an amazing job. He was really thoughtful and thorough. Moreover, when we came back to pick it up a few hours, he walked my son through a few of the missteps and had him join in the final troubleshooting. Great work but also great customer care. Highly recommend!

I am so happy to finally have a go-to computer repair technician/company! I have owned a recording studio for over 20 yrs and am a Realtor and R.I. investor so I have multiple computers and so much private and sensitive client info so can't leave my computer with anyone. I've had the hardest time finding good mac technicians! I've had unreliable or expensive techs come and go and Apple is my absolute LAST resort due to expensive price, inconvenient appointments, no time to go down there and sit around, etc. David scheduled to have someone come to the studio quickly and the technician Nick diagnosed my issue within 20 mins and was able to resolve my hard drive issue at a very reasonable price. It is such a relief that my computer issues will never be a stress again because I can just call these guys who will handle it without breaking my pockets. I highly recommend them to everyone!
