I have been very happy with the service and attention that Magda has provided so far, and her responses to phone messages and e-mails are generally timely (within 8 hours). Magda provides updates on a regular basis to keep you informed throughout the process. Based on the criterion I provided her, I was able to select and begin closing on on my home purchase within 5 days (with pre-approval from the bank). Start to finish, the process will take me 6 weeks.
