I originally signed up for the housecleaning special. The women were so efficient and polite that I have been using the service since -- with equally terrific results!

it was good. The floor in the kitchen was not that well cleaned but the rest was fine

She did a good job.  It was a little difficult to get a hold of Melody but once you got a hold of her it was fine. She took a little long to return calls. I gave her a brief overview of what was important for us to be cleaned.  She cleaned for us once additionally.

Overall, it was a positive experience except for some scheduling issues. I purchased an Angie's List deal, and made an appointment. On the day of the appointment, nobody showed up and I had to call and leave a message. I got a call back later in the day and was told that they were short-staffed and would have to reschedule. It would have been nice to hear from them earlier.
However, once a new appointment was made, a cleaner showed up right on time and spent a full 4 hours doing an incredible job of cleaning our house (all 3 floors!). There was obvious attention to detail, and we were very happy with the results. Would definitely recommend based on the quality of service.

She was nice, but the service wasn't as good as other companies I have used. She was not thorough or efficient with the service. I was shocked that she didn't have enough time to complete the whole house in four hours, and the rooms she completed still had dirt left on the floor.

It was incredible. It was like that white tornado fellow showed up and she was incredible. The person just threw themselves at it and just kept going until they were done. It was amazing.

She arrived and immediately started working and worked for the full 4 hours contracted. My house is cleaner than it has ever been.
every nook and crannie is clean and sparkeling.  She did a wonderful, superior job.

Bathroom cleaned, however still found loose hair floating on floor and up again the edge on floor by sink cabinet. Floors mopped - In kitchen and foyer - sticky and dull. Melody and I spoke of doing a deep cleaning possibabily in the future.  Small area in basement that was mopped some surface dirt taken up but still alot of dirt left behind. Dusting in dining room good. Dusting in living room - There was still a few spots on glass end table. Kitchen cabinets were wipped down and look great. Vacuuming - not every nook and crannie caught but still was good.

I like Melody very much. For $99.00 for 4 hours I thought it was pretty good. It was alot o surface dirt taken up. On the overall Melody did a good job for all the dirt that had accumulated.

I would use Enterprise again and also ask for Melody.

She did a wonderful job on cleaning my apartment. I purchased the $99 deal on Angie's list for my apartment because I was moving out and needed a thorough deep cleaning. My appliances (refrigerator,oven,microwave and stove) were sparkling clean and looked brand new. She is very thorough and professional. I would hire her again and again. Thank you for doing such a great job!

She cleaned bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, hall, living room, dining room, stairs to the lower level, and the large playroom and bathroom on that level.  I asked her to use a particular cleaner on my kitchen counters and floor and she followed through just as I requested.  Then she asked about using her wood cleaner on the floors in the rest of the house.  She rolled up runners and throw rugs making sure she cleaned beneath and then replaced them when the floors were dry.  Everything shines and sparkles and the house smells fresh and clean.  I am not always comfortable having someone else working in my house, but she went about her work so quietly and professionally that I felt quite at ease.  That is a real plus for me.  She called ahead to ask if it was possible to change the original time scheduled and sent a note thanking me for my flexibility.  I was very pleased with her work and have made a future appointment.

I am very happy with Enterprise Cleaning. I have probably tried six cleaning services in the past. Up until now, I have never been satisfied with the quality of the work, the price, or both and thus, I would move on and try out another cleaning service. I am glad to say that I have finally found a great cleaning service...Enterprise Cleaning! Melody arrived on time. I booked four hours of her time. My house is too large to clean in four hours so I told Melody which areas I wanted her to work on. She did a great job and I immediately booked another appointment. I highly recommend Enterprise Cleaning.

I didn't expect them to finish my whole home in 4 hours,but they did!!! The cleaning was very detailed...iv'e never seen the sides and behind my toilet sparkle like that!

They did an OK job but I wasn't very impressed. They didn't move any furniture or clean under the beds or couches. it was a basic clean but nothing I was overly impressed with. I was, however, disappointed that the clean sheets I left on the bed were not used to make the bed, something every other housekeeper I've ever had has done. I wouldn't use them again.
