Emprove Remodeling

I hired Emprove to do the window replacement for my house after seeing all of the glowing reviews online which turned out to be a huge mistake on my part. They are by far the most incompetent and disorganized company that I have ever had the displeasure of working with. The work I hired them for was to replace 13 windows plus one sliding glass door. It took three months for the windows to arrive before it was finally time to schedule the actual installation. The install day arrives and the first thing that the crew tells me is that my order had been botched and one of the windows was never ordered. We proceeded to have them install the 12 windows and glass door that did arrive which took 12 hours. After they were done and showed me around to inspect the work they also showed that they had somehow punched two holes into one of my walls. The holes were (sloppily) filled with spackling and they said that the owner wanted to stop by to sand them down and repaint them but that never happened. I ended up having to sand and repaint them myself. The missing window was supposedly rush ordered which still took another two months. Once the window arrived we scheduled a new install date for it. The install day arrives and I get informed that they had some issues and have to reschedule the install for another day. Had to wait until the next day before they were even able to give me a new install date. The next install day arrives and after waiting over an hour with no one showing up I contacted Emprove to ask about the status. It took two hours to finally get an answer that the install was once again cancelled and would have to be rescheduled. I begrudgingly agreed to have it rescheduled once again. Finally what is technically the fourth attempt for the window install a crew actually showed up to do the work. After six months, multiple cancellations, and a couple of holes in the wall the job was finally done. Only time will tell whether or not the windows were installed correctly.

Rene and Parham did the majority of the Kitchen remodeling. They were both fast and focused. Gus didn't send the rookie team because these guys have excellent skill. It was a real joy to see the day-by-day progress. Details in the cabinet mounting, finish, floor and backsplash were reviewed each day. They cleaned up every day so we wouldn't track trash around the house. No kidding - these guys knew what they were doing! I'll be back in touch with them to do the next projects. 5 Stars you guys!!

Gus was very responsive from beginning to end making sure everything went smoothly. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The rood and gutters were done in a timely manner and to perfection.

I cannot put into words how happy I am with the job done by Emprove Remodeling. Gus was honest and upfront about everything and the project timeline was faster than anticipated. The workmanship is high quality and the materials were just as high quality. They even managed to match the brick to my home which was built in the 1960's. Highly impressed!

Gus and his team did a partial kitchen renovation for us (new counters, tile backsplash, paint, and cabinet facelift). Gus has the disposition, temperament, creativity, and business sense for this profession. He was available any time I had a question or wanted him to come by in-person. He steered me away from certain choices and gave me new ideas based on his great sense of aesthetics. He ensured that all work was done to my liking. Gus and his team replaced the siding and gutters on my home this month and they did a WONDERFUL job. The site manager, Mr. Moon, oversaw the work meticulously and was responsive my last minute change requests. Gus responded to every question I raised throughout the project completion. Will definitely be hiring Gus again for any major work I need done in the future.

I have used Emprove Remodeling in Maryland (Gus Hamdan and his Team) for two of my home projects. First we started with replacing all windows of the house (31 of them and two doors). Second when a wind storm hit and blew off the siding, Gus and his team were there to assist us through that crisis working closely with me and the insurance adjuster. Gus is very responsive and takes pride in the work he does and the services his team provides. He makes sure he checks in every time to make sure we are comfortable and satisfied with the work as it progresses. He was very reasonable in the prices with one of the best quality of work that I have seen lately. He sure will be on the top of my list of any future projects and to recommend to all my network (Family and Friends) if they ever need any home remodeling services. Thanks and Great Job Gus.
