Dependable, meeting timelines and following through and effectively provided all services from adding an outdoor light, adding an outdoor outlet, adding electricity to an outdoor shed and correcting an electrical plug problem inside. All at a good overall price and even in staying late completed the work on the day they promised. No loose ends; only delay was final inspection and filling in a required trench. Knew what to do and how to do it in the most practical way.

I had them come out for a small problem with a switch. I also wanted their help with smoke detectors but they wanted to charge an outrageous price ($275) for each smoke detector.

Josh always does a great job (this is the 3rd time we've used EC). He works quickly and tidily and is very patient with distracting questions. Highly recommended.

Very well. Guillermo promptly returned our phone call. Came to inspect the one detector we were concerned about. We discussed options of updating all 3 of our hardwired smoke detectors since new products add features. He gave us estimate, and when we said yes, he immediately went out and purchased what was needed, came back and got it all done. And we got our Angie's List discount. Thank you!

Guillermo was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely polite, arrived promptly and very attentive to my concerns. All the work was done perfectly!

Technician Josh arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. He got both fans installed quickly, with no problems. After he left, I realized I didn't make it clear that I was an Angie's List member, for which there was an advertised 5% discount. I called up the office, and they mailed me a check for the 5% difference. All in all, a very satisfying experience.

I called around noon. Tim worked me into his schedule and came out the end of his day - already about dinner time. He was thorough in his analysis and explained what he was doing at each step. He determined that the master breaker connecting the main panel to a sub-panel was being overloaded - but that the wiring and cables could safely handle a larger breaker. He charged me $415 to change out a double 50A breaker with a double 100A breaker. I thought the price was a bit high, but it came with a thorough analysis if all house circuits and a 5-year warranty.

Tim, the technician, was on time, gave a call ahead of time to tell me he was on the way. He worked meticulously and explained what he was going to do beforehand and got approval. Afterwards, he explained any concerns he had.

Guillermo and his team have been very responsive to us. They have come back and solved issues that we have run into especially an issue with getting a meter from Pepco. 

I first found Electrical Connections LLC through yelp when I had an issue with my breaker tripping downstairs,  I called Guillermo on a weekend, and he came immediately.  His professionalism, and his work ethic are unparalleled.  He replaced a junction box in the attic for me, as well a inspected the whole house for any issues. Recently, I called Guillermo again to do a big project for a house that consisted of lots of rewiring, and replacing of various outlets in the house.  In addition he fixed ALL the outlets that were not functioning properly.  The big part of the project was to replace the box in basement and he did that in a whole day.
Guillermo came to my house and wrote up several proposals as to which option would be best for us.  It is very hard to find people who will not try to sell you extra things, and Guillermo made sure to tell us exactly what needed to be done.  He made sure to provide the best price for all the work we needed and I could not be more happier with the work completed.  Guillermo and his team were punctual, respectful, and diligent in their work.  I usually do not get blown away with services, I have to say I have found my electrician for as long as I am in the State of Maryland.  If you use them, you will not be disappointed!

I heard about Electrical Connections from a friend that was very satisfied with their work. We initially hired them for electrical inspection. Guillermo did a thorough inspection, he checked the whole house very carefully, and explained everything to us addressing all the safety problems that we had (four hours inspection!). He found many code violations and exposed some floppy job that the previous ”expert” made. We hired his service to fix all the problems and we add also installation of outdoor sub panel, smoke detectors, surge protectors, TV and more… My husband and I were very impressed by Guillermo's professionalism and knowledge. He gave us some electrical solutions that no one thought about before. He is very reliable, arriving at the specified time and doing the job to our 100% satisfaction. The price was fair for the labor and some of the non-standard parts that were involved.I felt a lot safer after he finished. When we do renovations, we will definitely work with Electrical connections.
