Nelson has been a real disappointment. I trusted him with a lot of work in my house but he made promsies and disappeared for long periods of time, then resurfaced and did some work but did not do a quality job. He put in some external plumbing for me that developed a leak within months and never showed up to fix the problem. I had to call in a plumber and pay for a second time for the same work. He is quite unreliable and irresponsible..

Everything was "AAA". Nelson has 6 employees and he works along side of them and supervises. He in very much a perfectionist. We would not use anyone else. Reliable, price is very reasonable, and professional
