Garbage Collection
I first started using the company in September of 2005. For several months the were fine and my trash was picked up regularly. Then they started "forgetting." I would call and someone was supposed to come back out which only happened twice. I asked about getting a reduction in my bill and someone was supposed to call me back but no one ever did. I have finally canceled my contract.
