Dutrow & Manwaring DMDs

I'm really glad we switched to them about a year ago.  Our previous dentist was good, but their last front desk person who dealt with billing was rude and terrible.  
Everyone in this office is great to deal with, from the reception to the hygienists to both dentists.  Drs. Dutrow and Manwaring explain everything they will be doing, as they go through the procedure.  I would recommend them to anyone.  I actually don't mind going to the dentist any longer!

It went great! Provided enough anesthesia and insured I was comfortable throughout the procedure!

Everything went as expected, and there were no surprises. The dental hygienist was really friendly and seemed interested in getting to know both me and my wife, who had separate appointment. The dentist was really nice, and I was happy with the service. I have recommended Drs. Dutrow and Manwaring to my friends and colleagues.

This was the first appointment for our two children under 5 years old. The hygienist, Karen, was especially considerate of our little ones and did and excellent job of making them feel comfortable during a check-up and regular cleaning. We have used this practice for years for regular cleanings and the occasional filling. They are always excellent all around in everything. Their bed-side manner is especially good and the quality of their work has remained consistently exceptional.

I used them a lot. I have five kids and they do service to my kids as well. They take their time and explain things very well to make sure that I understand my options more than other dentist. The staff are all nice and I really like it.

Everyone who works at this dentistry office is extremely friendly and professional. We were blown away by their kindness and courtesy. The receptionist is one of the nicest customer service reps I have ever met. She went out of her way to call us and let us know when a sooner appointment opened up, so we didn't have to wait longer than necessary. She always has a big smile on her face and is courteous to everyone.
The dental hygenist is also extremely kind and friendly. She goes out of her way to make sure we are comfortable and having a good time, even though we are at the dentist! She genuinely cares how we are doing, and she does a great job of cleaning teeth without causing pain or discomfort.
The dentists are also very friendly and professional. We have been very satisfied with this dentistry office. Also, we have never had to wait more than 2 or 3 minutes when arriving to an appointment here.

I have to say that i have always been very pleased with how thorough and concientious all the staff have always been. They must note personal information in my chart as well as medical because they never fail to ask me about my family and business - and everyone does this from the moment I walk in - the receptionist, hygienist ( Karen) and Dr. Manwaring. Dr. Manwaring always has time to discuss any concerns i might have and makes a point to check my gums and jaw in addition to just screening for cavities. He is very aware of the possibility of pain during procedures and always makes sure I am comfortable before proceeding. In fact, one time we thought I was numb and started a filling only to have me jump in pain about 1 minute into drilling. He immediately stopped, administered a second numbing shot and waited 15 more minutes for it to take effect before continuing. He was also great when we had an emergency with my daughter. She was only 2 and fell and chipped her tooth. We hadn't yet started taking her to a dentist so I called them in a panic. They saw us right away and handled her refusal to open her mouth beautifully. While we have since found a pediatric dentist for regular appointments, I would not hesitate to call this office if we ever had another emergency, for my kids or myself. Over the years I have also seen Dr. Dutrow and some of their dental students. I don't know them as well, but trust Dr. Manwaring to only work with people who are skilled and compassionate, and that is how they have all presented themselves to me.

They're professional and courteous. The staff is very organized. I've had no issues. I never needed an emergency visit. I plan to use him in the future.

I am a patient of Dr. Manwaring. My wife sees Dr. Dutrow. Very satisfied with this practice.

They could not do a whole lot because they could not actually locate the tooth that was causing the problem. I went away with a couple of prescriptions, in case it did become a problem. I would say that they are fine and the work they have done has always been eminently satisfactory. They are generally available in two weeks, but they took me on a special basis in a couple of days.

They are courteous and skilled. They are punctual and communicative. They had to replace some of my crowns because the dentist that did it before did a terrible job. The office environment is nice. I have been going there for eighteen months.

The experience has gone as well as dental experiences go. It's fine. I think Dr. Dutrow is a highly proficient and careful dentist. He's trying to do for me what needs to be done.
