Don't use this company! They never showed up with my initial delivery. I signed up for a 6 hour window online. When they didn't show up I called and was told those time ranges mean nothing. They come anytime between 8 & 5. I had taken 1/2 day off work. Forget it. Now I'm having lots of trouble getting my refund...

My mom worked with them and if I recall correctly my mom thought their pricing was good. My mom said the quality of the gentleman who brought it was good. I remember there was this glitch of email and how it was sent. It went back and forth and that kind of thing. It was about the email and them not even realizing it was sent back to them.

I have been using them for several years, and overall have had a fairly good experience. Prices seem to be good, but I have had a few issues with Drink More Water. First, they forgot to charge me for a water cooler that they gave me, and then back charged me for all the time that was not charged correctly. They were not very nice to me during this situation, and I ended up having them pick up their cooler, and went out and bought my own. They also have no flexibility in their Value plan, and I cannot cancel the service at all, even when I do not need as much water as I used to. They have not been willing to work with me, and it has been a very frustrating process for me.

Absolutely the worst service we have ever experienced. We are a family with 6 kids, all in sports so we drink A LOT of water! The first month was fine. The second month we had 14-5 gallon bottles delivered as requested. On 8/26, the third month they delivered 9 bottles based on our first order. Some one is always home. They left us with all the empties claiming the driver is unable (or unwilling) to knock on our door. We are still stuck with all 23 bottles! I called on 8/26 after seeing the driver a couple streets over from our house, requesting he pick up the bottles. The response was a bold lie that he had since left the area. They said the next time he would be in the area was 9/3. No pick up... I called again today and got the same helpless response that they were sorry and understood my frustration however he could pick them up Friday 9/6 at which time we will have had the empties on our hands for almost TWO WEEKS. This is just unacceptable, lazy and inconsiderate. The lack of any effort to retain our business was just appalling. When I told them we are frustrated to the point of canceling our service, the Supervisor could not have cared less.

Hi [member name removed] - I was disappointed to read your review. DrinkMore Water prides itself on providing absolutely outstanding customer service and it's pretty clear that you don't feel that we did a particularly good job in servicing your account. When I read reviews - and it's very rare that we ever get a bad review - I think it's always very important to circle back to my team to first find out what happened - from our perspective. In this case, I went in and reviewed our delivery notepad on your account. When we made our delivery on 8/26, no bottles were left outside - so the delivery was made and, obviously, no bottles were picked up. So [member name removed] called us to ask that we send our driver back to pick up her empty bottles - which I think is a reasonable request. We would love it if all of our customers would leave out their empties on their scheduled delivery day, but that doesn't always happen. Usually, if we're still in the area, we'll drive right back and pick them up - but sometimes the driver has left the area already and we kindly ask the customer if we can pick the empties up the next time we're in the area - which I also think is a reasonable request. I can understand that [member name removed] was upset that we couldn't turn the driver around on that day - but, I do want to point out some things that people simply don't realize. Each driver has a different route each day covering 40-50 deliveries. Our route that goes around that part of Virginia (Ashburn) covers a lot of territory - so while it would be seemingly easy to just go back and pick up the bottles, our driver still had more than 25 deliveries remaining and he was on his way to Purcellville. While we want every one of our customers to feel like they're our MOST important customer, we have lots of customers every day that we want to provide outstanding customer service to. If that driver had turned around and run back to pick up the empties - then several customers would have not gotten their deliveries. That's why we politely ask if a customer can wait to have their empties picked up the next time we're in the area - especially in a gated community. But at the end of the day, the [member name removed] were upset and I want to personally apologize to them. I wish we would have done better. As it turns out, when we went back to pick up all the empties on 9/3, our driver didn't see the empties, knocked on the door and there was no answer. So, painfully, the [member name removed] still haven't gotten those bottles picked up. Our driver SHOULD HAVE called the customer at that point, but unfortunately that didn't happen and again, I will take full responsibility for that. We're having a meeting tomorrow morning to go over this situation to make sure it never happens again. For me - one time is one time too many. To the [member name removed] - WE WILL BE BY AGAIN TOMORROW, I PROMISE - and I would sheepishly ask you please leave your empties out. If they're not out, my driver will call you and keep calling you until he reaches you. In conclusion, I think we could have done better. I think we should have done better. Yes, sometimes in the world of making 500 deliveries a day, a problem can arise. As a company, we strive to address each of those problems -regardless of how truly infrequently things like this actually happen. And, as for the "absolutely worst service we have ever received" comment, I would hope that the [member name removed] would at least reconsider that part of their review - I don't think it accurately reflects how we tried to make this right. We sent our driver out as we said we would, but the bottles weren't out. If I had the chance to do it all over again, I would have personally driven out to Ashburn from Gaithersburg to pick up the empty bottles and, if that had happened, I'll bet the [member name removed] would have written a review starting with the statement, "Absolutely, the BEST customer service we have ever experienced!" They are really responsive to calls for early delivery if we run out of bottled water and have been really easy to work with. A great company to do business with.

When I moved into the area about 4 years ago, I set up monthly service and received 4 bottles a month. I had the water cooler. They delivered regularly. Later on in the year, I reduced the number of bottles. Now, I am on a and quot;will calland quot; program. I call when I need bottles. I continue to have bottles delivered. DrinkMore provides excellent service, timely delivery with a great customer service staff.
Description of Work: DrinkMore provides bottle of water for my water cooler on a "will call" basis (generally every month or two).

Drink More Water comes out to my home once a month for water delivery. My experience with them has been excellent. Their price is great and it is a quality product. I am very impressed with them and I will continue my water service through them.

We chose them on a referral. They provided good-tasting water. The business does shut down after 3 o' clock, but other than that, it is good.
