 + -1 moreTHE DESIGNER WAS KEENLY AWARE OF THE PRESERVED PROPERTY AND HAD TO DESIGN AROUND IT. HE CAME UP WITH A GOOD DESIGN AND INDICATED THAT WE COULD BEGIN THE PROJECT.
Description of Work: NEEDED A FLOOR PLAN FOR A PROPOSED ADDITION. THE PROPERTY WAS NEXT TO A HISTORIC CHURCH.

 + -1 moreTHIS YOUNG LADY DID A PRETTY EXTENSIVE FLOOR PLAN AND UNCOVERED SOME VERY EXPENSIVE PROJECTS THAT WOULD HAVE TO BE DONE IF THE ADD ONS WERE TO WORK OFF THE EXISTING HOUSE AND PROPERTY LINES.
Description of Work: INITIALLY I HAD GRAND PLANS ON ADDING ONTO OUR HOUSE WHICH INCLUDED FOUR NEW ROOMS AND SOME NEW EXTERIOR DOORWAYS AND A MUD ROOM.
