The job was done effectively and efficiently. Dave was responsive to the online request and used email and telephone to communicate rapidly. Most importantly, he realized we were moving, and had to get this done fast so we could access the items in the shed to move, and also, so that the new owners would not be faced with this in their brand new back yard! Dave was able to re-arrange his schedule to accommodate our needs with compassion and understanding of what we were going through. We talked to several other tree companies, all of whom said they had a big back up, and had no sympathy for our "plight". Dave was a blessing to us, and did a fabulous job. This rush job cost no more then the other estimates. We couldn't be happier with this service.

Mr. Kull explained to me the process and the work to be done in detail and put all in writing before the work. Because some of the branches of the tree were very close to power lines, he contacted Pepco (utility company), and arranged them to come and perform the cleanup around the power lines. I did not have to deal with any of the arrangements, he proceeded with all the necessary steps soon after I signed a contract. On the day of the work, their team was at our house early in the morning. I did not stay home during the work, but some of my neighbors later told me that they worked very efficiently and did a good job. They not only cleaned the gutters, but also collected the leaves of the front yard without charge. On the overall, I was pleased with the job done and Mr. Kull's professionalism. I would definitely recommend them.

Dave came out and spent much time walking the property and explaining the whys and whats of our tree trimming needs. This was on a Tuesday. Thursday he brought in an expert team and completed the complicated task (which included going up into large maple trees by ladder). Not only did he take care of my four trees, he also trimmed the neighbors horrid mulberry tree off of my house back to the property line. Attached photos are before and after of the problematic mulberry tree, and the great trimming job he did of the cherry tree that graces my backyard. Dave and company completed the job beyond my expectations!

Dave arrived as scheduled to give an estimate, and he said at that time that he'd send his climber Tommy to check the trees and confirm/amend Dave's estimate of the work that had to be done. Tommy came as scheduled, and we all agreed to go forward. The team arrived as scheduled and did the work.
