I entered into a gutter cleaning contract because for years I was failing to have them cleaned promptly, and then someone would come walking around with a ladder and offer to clean them for me, so I'd pay $40 and then have to spend the afternoon cleaning up nasty rotting leaves from my yard that had been thrown from the roof. So I called around and this company was the only one willing to come out twice/year without me having to contact them. For a year it went well, even though I knew I was paying a good 40% more than was reasonable. But I told myself for that price I was getting the peace of mind that it was handled and I wouldn't have to worry about rotting leaves covering my new patio furniture. WRONG! This spring I came home, saw the little envelope in the door notifying me they'd come and cleaned. Friday of that week I walk out to my backyard to grill and find my patio furniture COVERED in nasty, wet rotting leaves. They were over absolutely everything! I had to spend an entire weekend morning cleaning up after these jerks. Never again! It makes you feel like they really think you're just a sucker. Stay away! For that price, there's NO EXCUSE for this kind of negligence, and no second chances. If you're going to charge almost twice the going rate for your service, you better be doing something VERY special, otherwise you're just ripping people off!

They came; they sawed; they conquered the stump -- and cleaned up afterwards. DNA seems very efficient and professional, working quickly, safely, and for a very competitive price (especially if you can take advantage of their off-season discount). I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if I need more trees removed.

They are a little pricier than some but they do a fabulous job. They are very reliable. I can arrange for the work to be done like the tree work. I'll be here and he'll give me an honest opinion if he doesn't think it needs to be done. He is not going to do it just to get the money. When he do the job, I don't have to be here. I come home and I usually know that they have the work until look out. They clean up beautifully after themselves. They do a great job. I also contracted them with their lawn services.

I had a wonderful experience with DNA Tree Service.  I called for an estimate and within a day or so, Dave came out and was able to write me a contract for a great price.  We had scheduled the service for a few days later, but snow and ice forced him to move it out a few days.  Dave was great with communicating the change to me.  
They did the work over a day and when I came home from work, it looked amazing!  His team did an amazing job and did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed.  If I had any more trees, DNA would be my first call!  I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking for tree removal service.

I like using them for snow removal because I don't ever have to call them. I know that if there is snow of any accumulation that they are going to show up and remove it. They don't just do my driveway and walks, they clear both of my cars, including digging out around the car that is parked in the street and making sure that piles of snow are not left on the street so that when it melts, it goes into the grass and doesn't make the front of my house all icy.

His estimate was the best we received from an Angie's List tree-service company in our area -- these varied widely, so I recommend getting several bids. He and his crew showed up on schedule and did an excellent job with the removal and afterward, cleaning up all of the sawdust and other debris -- they even made sure that our cars were clean! On top of it all, Dave's a great guy...we will definitely hire him again when we're ready to move to the back of the house.

Dave's team arrived on time, completed the work necessary and cleaned up all the trimmings, I was pleased. with the result and would certainly recommend his service.

We purchased our house a month ago and the garden had clearly been neglected.  There was ivy invading the trees and bushes and many dead branches on two huge oaks and a willow.  Two beautiful cherry trees had become overgrown and were extending over our roof.  Dave gave us a fair price on all this work, and was very understanding about the need to work around certain elements of the garden (pond, gazebo, driveway, brickwork, bushes, etc.).  He and his team did a gorgeous job and the trees now have new life and show off the house to much greater advantage.  We look forward to working with him in the future.

The estimate was a little high than expected. There was some miscommunication about the estimate. The price he gave for the removal of the additional limbs was higher than we expected. The work was fine. The price and negotiations were not very good.

Dave Kull came out within a day or two of my call to give me an estimate, which was in line with what I had expected to pay.    Then he did the job within few days.  Dave is always very prompt and reasonable in several times I used him and will use him again if needed.  Thanks, Dave.

Our yard looked well-groomed and so beautiful when the clean up was finished.
When they've done tree removal and trimming there has never been damage to our property or neighboring property (real property and yards).

Since Derecho windstorm had uprooted a very large poplar tree last year, we decided to remove several poplar trees that were on the fence line with our neighbors.  We contracted with DNA as we used them last year and they did another fine job.  Although it took them longer than anticipated to get started with the job, once they arrived, they were efficient and got done within one day.  They had removed the trees with very little  turf damage and cleaned up after themselves.  We are quite satisfied and will use them again if needed. 

Excellent service, and I always feel like Dave listens to my issues.  One of the reasons I switched to Dave for lawn care was that I had trouble communicating with my lawn guy.

It went very well.  I appreciated them explaining what cuts were 'good' and 'bad' for the tree so I could make an informed decision.  Everything was smooth from start to finish.

I contacted DNA and Dave called back within 24 hours.  I explained that the stumps were on county property but the county had given me permission to pay to have them removed as the county does not have money to do this.  Dave knew about this and said he would contact Ms Utility to check for lines.  He did and the work was scheduled.  He called the day before to let me know he was coming.  I came home and it is cleaned up beautifully.

The gentleman responded right away.  He was at another job, but he sent his men over quickly after seeing the situation.  Ultimately, he prevented a very dangerous scenario from becoming worse.
