1-Star Review I hired this company for carpet cleaning on October 10, 2025, based on photos and room measurements I provided. Upon arrival, the price was doubled, claiming my carpets ?needed a deep clean??deceptive business practice. The technician, Javier, performed a grossly inadequate service: the living room was finished in under 30 minutes, with no pre-treatment, agitation, dwell time, or proper soil removal. Only light surface stains were removed; embedded dirt remained. He falsely claimed this was ?wicking? and ?normal,? contradicting professional cleaning standards. Camera footage documents the inadequate work. As of Tuesday 4:44 AM, parts of the carpets are still damp, meaning they have been wet for approximately 89.7 hours, creating a serious risk of mold and property damage, violating IICRC standards. Complaints to management were ignored; they had the same technician repeat false explanations instead of correcting the work.

Don?t hire this company or any of their aliases, they have an F with the Better Business Bureau. Below average work, bait and switch pricing and high pressure from booking to writing a review on the spot. Never use this company! Changed price on day of service and cleaning service was terrible. Absolutely terrible service. The tech arrived smelling like cigarettes, which I generally don?t mind but it?s off-putting for a cleaning service. After being quoted one price over the phone, the tech arrived and said I would need to pay an additional $200 for deep cleaning and stated that the phone rep didn?t get me a quote for the right rooms. I expressed that I made it clear to the rep that I needed a deep cleaning and exactly for what rooms. I settled on paying an additional $115. The rep ?cleaned? the designated areas in about an hour. He told me I wouldn?t see the improvement until the carpet dried in about 3-6 hours. The carpet didn?t dry until over 24 hrs later and the carpet was no cleaner than before they arrived. After a week of back and forth with the company, I had to rent a carpet cleaner to do it myself. I expressed my concern to the company, they said they would escalate the

I would not recommend this company. Over the phone, I was quoted $110 for two rooms of regular carpet cleaning. When the technician arrived, he suddenly quoted nearly $750 per room?almost eight times the original amount. After I refused, he dropped it to $750 for both rooms, and when I pushed back again, it somehow came down to $250. The constant price changes felt manipulative and unprofessional. I told him I only wanted the original service quoted at $110, which he did complete, and the carpets do look clean. However, he claimed to have done a ?deep cleaning? anyway?something I did not agree to?likely in hopes of a tip. He then lingered for several minutes at the end of the appointment and directly asked for one, which I found very uncomfortable. While the carpets turned out fine, the experience itself was frustrating and untrustworthy. I?ll be looking elsewhere for future cleanings.

BASED ON OUR EXPERIENCE, THE QUALITY OF THE CARPET AND UPOLSTRY CLEANING WE RECIEVED, THE PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT OCCURED DURING THE CLEANING, THE DECEPTIVE QUOTE WE RECEIVED OVER THE PHONE PRIOR TO THE CLEANING, AND THE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE WE RECIEVED... WE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. The carpet cleaning was subpar. Their are still stains in the carpet where we pointed out that we wanted cleaned and it smells of chemicals instead of being a typical steam clean. They said they could ONLY reimburse us $236 dollars, despite the prescription glasses the technician broke and intentionally hid, cost $635 to replace. They were unwilling to work with us and refused to give us the supervisors name and phone number. NOT ONLY ARE WE OUT the additional money we were DECEPTIVELY QUOTED ($301 to be exact) but also $635 for a new pare of prescription glasses. An unexpected purchase that is needed as my spouse is a veteran with injuries that require prescription glasses and sunglasses.

I will not hire this professional again. I really dislike it when they see a bigger house, and automatically hike their quotes. He literally asked for $1000 more than what was quoted. A room is a room is a room. We do not wear shoes in the house. The carpet looks worse and smells bad of dirty water and this is after we declined the $1000 hike and paid an additional $200 over the original quote to deodorize the carpet. I regret not going with Sears whose price was comparable, just wanted to patronize a small business.

Dont do it. They will try to scam you and will do terrible work to boot. Having told me by phone it would be $99, when the workman arrived he tried to tell me that it would actually be $699. When I said absolutely not, he talked to his boss and offered to do the job for $300. But he did such a poor job that instead of cleaning out the vent, he just compacted the lint and *blocked* the outflow such that nothing would dry, even after multiple cycles. (Oh, and he left my shop vac clogged to & it took me 15 min to unblock the hose.) After several texts and phone calls, I finally got him to come backhand fix the issue. And even then he left things a mess and didnt bother to clean up the lint, etc. outside of the house. One of my worst experiences ever in hiring a workman.

Chris provided the cleaning service & was fast, efficient & friendly. A complete professional.

I called them on Monday and they came on Tuesday morning, did a a great job cleaning my 3 seater after my dog had an accident on it, the technician was very nice professional and communicative Will definitely use them again

Lucas came on time, explained the job thoroughly, and my carpets looked brand new for the holidays before guests came over. Would highly recommend, very professional company, will definitely be using them in the future.
