They came the night after the sewage packed up in our basement and took all our basement contents and put them in storage. They then started tearing things apart were doing such bad work, so I called WSSC and they told them that they were off the job. After many other troubles and trials, it came time to get our stuff back and they had given it all away instead of taking care of it. Their checks bounced and they came up with all sorts of stories. They were supposed to clean, detoxify the basement and keep our belongings in safe keeping. They were horrible and only went so far as to detoxifying the basement.
