Dice Residential Improvement

They were very good. When they did the estimate they came and inspected the roof. We found out that our other skylight  wasn't leaking, but it was cracked. They didn't actually replace the one that was leaking, they were able to just recaulk it because it wasn't done correctly to begin with. They also replaced the one that was cracked.

Jon, the sales rep arrived right on schedule, and did an examination of what our home needed. He also supplied me with a written estimate for the work right there on the spot! (I had had 2 other companies come out to give proposals on the work, and it was DAYS before we received estimates via email from them!). Aside from being the fastest estimate, the proposal was also the least expensive, and the work was scheduled to start only 2 days later! The installation team was prompt and efficient. They didn't do any harm to the many shrubs and trees around our home and they kept our yard clean as they worked. The installation took about 4 hours, the results are beautiful and the gutters work splendidly! We are so impressed with this company that we will keep them on file to do some painting services we will need in the near future.

Working with DICE was an enjoyable experience. They were prompt with follow up, quick with a free estimate, and the work was performed quickly, on time and to my satisfaction. Moreover, they seemed to really care that I was happy and took the time to show me exactly what was done and then point out differences on roofs of my neighbors. I also thought the price was fair.

Great price and value. Dice uses the same materials as other higher priced roofing companies, without charging the higher price. They were punctual and fast. We were very happy with their work and would refer them to anyone. We plan to get a fencing quote from them too.

They were totally professional. They worked all day into the night to finish the job. They took care of a problem I had with the gutters and were very responsive. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Company was willing to take on small repair job. Representative contacted me right away, but had to postpone the work a couple of days due to bad weather and vehicle trouble. Still, he was able to get the job done within several days of my call. Repair was done quickly and efficiently.

Estimate was done very quickly, thoroughly and offered at a competitive price. Chris and Mike were easy to schedule the job with and arrived on-site with a large crew to do the job. However, they did not leave themselves enough time or material to finish the work in two days which meant a holiday weekend with a Katrina blue roof on part of the house. Clean-up due to the broken schedule was spotty at best. They also seemed to struggle with the mounting of the skylights which in the end turned out OK. Not enough material meant another weekend w/out a complete roof. Finally, because they ran out of material they re-used some old flashing which I insisted be made to match the new. In the end the project looks great and was worth the price but it was essential that I keep an eye on them.

Representative Michael Wu was courteous and professional in arranging estimates and work. Work began a week after the estimate; he phoned to confirm workers arrival. Work was completed promptly and on time, with good clean up.

INSTALLING SIDING, PROVIDED SIDING, AND ROOFING, DID A QUALITY JOB, AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK COMPLETED. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR MY HOME IN THE FUTURE.
