+ -1 moreWhile they have one or two people who actually know what to do, they also have a lot of individuals who don't. The problem is that the ones who don't are surly, rude and offensive. They also fail to return calls when I escalated the issue. I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy.
Description of Work: Densel has a contract with the condominium where I live. On multiple occasions, they have been brought in to make repairs or service the central heating/cooling, but they often cause more outages than they repair, leaving residents without heating or cooling for days at a time. Most recently, they repaired the boiler, but did the work badly allowing air to enter the water heated system. This left me without heat for more than 24 hours during a very cold week.
