Everything went great. I bought a home in Florida I was under contract for one home then decided I wanted to cancel and switch to a different home David managed this without a hitch everything went smoothly. David has experience working with Florida Realtors and is highly recommended.

I reached out to David after receiving one of his fliers because it said "no closing costs or fees" to refinance but I was apprehensive at first because it sounded too good to be true. This was after I spoke to my current lender about a year ago and was not even slightly impressed by what they said they could do. But, after speaking to David, I felt relieved and excited! He said he can save us a "life changing" amount off our monthly bill and he certainly delivered! We got everything we could have wanted, plus some. Not only did he keep his word, he went above and beyond on customer service too. Always VERY responsive, pleasant and eager to help. The whole refinance was so easy and the gentleman from the title company even came to our home for the closing. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. So happy and pleased with his service and the tremendous amount he saved us that I already referred my friends and family.

David was great to work with - we've been working with him for nearly 10 years on a variety of loans/refinances. He's always up front and clear about what he's offering, but leaves decision making up to you, the customer. He also is very flexible on timing, since with kids, work etc... refi is not always at the top of my mind. I typically ping David once to say - how are things looking, and he can quickly give me some thoughts on if there's anything we can do. Low maintenance and support through the process!
