We Just had 17 new Simonton 5500 series windows and one sliding patio door replaced in our house. We also had the exterior exposed wood around the windows covered with custom-made aluminum capping. Cary Daniel at Daniel’s Aluminum Co plus 2 helpers … Loy and Randy did an excellent job! They finished on time and they were very neat. Cary answered all of our questions and got back to us very quickly. They were organized and professional. We are very pleased with the new windows. Daniel's Aluminum is a mom and pop owned business specializing in doors and windows. I called them after I found out they did my entire block of townhouses. They gave me a great deal- $3440 for all 8 windows. Cary was professional, and they installed my windows the same week they were ordered. I got double-paned, vinyl, energy efficient Simonton brand windows. When I was having trouble closing the window after installation, Cary face timed with me to walk me through it. I would recommend them, since they seem to be amongst the most competitive pricing, but also not a faceless corporation.

Daniel's aluminum is a small, family owned company, so the service you get is much more personal and less factory-run. Cary is the owner, and his dad and him gave me a good deal to replace all 8 windows in my townhome (for less than $3500). They were also the ones who did the entire block on my street. They ordered windows, and within a week, they showed up on Friday and did the job in 4-5hrs. When I had trouble closing my window, Cary face-timed with me to walk me through it. I would recommend and would use them again.

Daniel's Aluminum  was the first company we called and it turned out to be the lowest priced.  While price is important, we consider the company's whole presentation and how comfortable we are with the staff in making our decision. In this case, we were impressed with Cary Daniel's presentation, responsiveness and his willingness to go above and beyond in assisting us.  We had a problem with a gutter which he fixed without extra charge.  The windows were delivered at 7:30 on the morning of the install.  Cary's team arrived about 8:30 and they didn't stop until they were finished about 6 hours later.  They swept and vacuumed everything up, leaving the house and yard cleaner than when they arrived. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Cary and his guys did a terrific job once the windows arrived. I had to follow up a few times about the quote and whether the windows were ordered. In the end, I would highly recommend them especially compared to the larger window companies whose rates are much higher and waste your time with presentations.

We are very pleased with our new windows and with Daniel's Aluminum Company.  We made an appointment for an estimate and Mr. Daniel arrived at our house right on time.  He's the kind of man who looks you in the eye, no hard sell, just the facts.  It was raining on our scheduled installation date, and Mr. Daniel asked if it would be okay with us if they waited a day to install so we wouldn't have the mess of going in and out of the house in the rain.  We were impressed with not just the quality of the work but the integrity of Mr. Daniel and his team.  The old windows were carefully removed with no damage to walls or windowsills.  They installed the new ones and took great care in caulking around them.  They were friendly and respectful of our home, and made sure to keep the door closed as they went in and out of the house so that our two dogs wouldn't get out.  This is a small, family-owned and run business with the old-fashioned ethics that seem to have been lost in many companies these days.  We will be using them again to replace our entry door, and would highly recommend them.

I consulted with five different contractors before deciding to go with Daniel's Aluminum Company. Even though the others were close on price and similarly highly rated on Angie's List, it was the easy going folksy charm of Cary Daniels that sealed the deal. I just knew he had integrity and would do an awesome job. He and his team finished the entire installation in one day and did a fantastic job. My wife and I have received numerous compliments on how nice our house looks with the new windows. I should note that we needed a special color for our window trimming that Cary spent extra time on finding the right match. It ended up being perfect. We asked Cary if he could frame our new bow window with this trim which required significant creative aluminum work. He was happy to oblige and couldn't have delivered a better result. I can't recommend Daniel's Aluminum Company highly enough.

They did excellent work. They are very good at their craft.
They arrived on time. They were neat and tidy.
They communicated in advance what their plan was, what day they would do which part of the job.
They replaced the windows during the cold of winter and did it so quickly there was no disruption at home for us.
The windows are great.
The siding is great.
The house is so much warmer!

I think they were very prompt, friendly, and did a good job. I would recommend them to others. I think the price was probably alright. The quality of their work is fine as far as I know. They were kind of busy though. I would use their services in the future if I have a need.

They're a small company and they're really good. If you're in a hurry they're probably not the guys to go to. It's a family organization and they have been in business for years and years now. I've seen good reviews about them on a local newspaper or some of the other guides that are out there so I called them out. When the article came out about them they were very busy and they couldn't get to me two years before when I wanted my front door done. The last time they were able to came out which wasn't that long, it took time to order it. They called me and I tell them what I wanted and they came out and do an estimate and send me the estimate over the computer and we agreed on something. It takes a couple of weeks for the door to ship. Basically I was happy with the job and the price. They have it done right and did a good job. They came when they said they would come

This is a family-run business and i recommend them highly.  I got three different estimates from companies with favorable consumer ratings.  One company never came to the house to give recommendations, just asked for the window dimensions and sent me a fairly low estimate but the quality of the windows matched the price.  Daniel's Alum's price was in the middle but they were prompt, very professional, use a high quality window, answered all my questions (and I had a lot), and did an excellent job including the clean-up.  I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

The work was done in 2 stages (my choice) over 3 months.  They were punctual and did a professional job.  I later had a question regarding the operation of the windows, to which they responded with an instructional visit within a couple hours.

I had previously had them install a new storm door and sliding patio door. This is a family business and their first priority is making you happy.  Their windows are custom made to exact measurements of each window and are manufactured locally.There was a very quick turn around from order to installation...just over 2 weeks! The job took 2 days to complete (20 windows) and everything was left immaculate and clean each day.  The windows are comparable to any of the big names and are half the price!  Fantastic combination of great product, great prices and truly exceptional customer service!

Prompt response when estimate requested with best price compared wth four other bids we received. Kept in touch and answered all questions promptly during ordering process.including responding to email questions same day, even over the weekend. Windows arrived about a week after deposit received and Daniels offered to install immediately. We actually put them off a few days due to our schedule and job was completed 12 days after we placed the order. Installation took 3/4 of a day and went very smoothly. As other reviewers have mentioned, love the fact that this is a small family-owned company that delivers very high quality service at very competitive price.

Truck delivered windows around 7:30 AM,  Daniel's started work around 8 AM - was completed by 4:30 PM.
Old windows were covered with plastic on inside (lead paint) before demolition and all debris was vacuumed promptly.
Aluminum trim was applied on outside, and both inside and outside were caulked.
Good old fashioned family business (father and son) with tight additional crew.
Kept me well-informed on progress throughout the installation.

They (3 men) showed up when they said they would. Removed old broken aluminum slider and carted it away. Replaced it with a custom-ordered Andersen slider (non-standard size, so it took 4 weeks for them to order and receive it from the Andersen factory). They did a good job removing and re-installing the existing interior trim wood, and added trim wood along the bottom that matched our wood floor. And a good job leveling the door and caulking with a color that matched our interior and exterior wood well enough to be not noticeable.
Their price was the same as the Home Depot price, and less than that of other contractor's recommended on Angie's List or in Consumers Checkbook.

I got their name through a referral by a neighbor. I liked that the company was local to me and a family business.The estimate appointment was scheduled a few days after I called and the quote was provided a few days later by phone. My installation was scheduled shortly after the windows arrived. The installation was quick and efficient and everyone was very pleasant and professional. It took 16 business days from signing the contract to installation-very quick! One screen was damaged during shipping and they promised to get a replacement sent and installed quickly.

They are reasonably priced and do excellent work.
