They did a wonderful job renovating our crumbling pool. Over the winter they came back and replaced all the equipment: new pumps, filter, and heater. When some minor leaks and an electrical problem cropped up at the spring opening they promptly fixed all of them. I have found this company to be very professional and accommodating to my needs and would hire them again and may do so in the future to further enhance my pool.

The existing sand media filter is old and the model discontinued,  It was passing sand into the pool and needed repair, but parts were unavailable.  Contemporary Watercrafters recommended replacing it with a DE Filter, which is a higher performance filter.  The pool has not yet been opened to inspect its function, but it appears to be well done, which is the history with this company.  Very professional.  On time, works fast, willing to pause and provide explanation. Very accommodating, patient and pleasant people to interact.with at the store and the work teams that come to the home,

I cannot say enough positive things about the service and advice I receive from Watercrafters.   They've been our go to professionals the past 7 years and have no reason or incentive to go elsewhere.

It went really well. They worked within their quoted budget. I would recommend them and we will have them open our pool.

The team was very nice and professional, but as first-time pool owners, the stated intent was not for them to provide weekly pool services, but to teach us to do it ourselves. Even though I took notes, they ran through everything so quickly that afterwards my husband and I still did not feel confident were were prepared to maintain the pool ourselves. The previous homeowners used the company for opening and closing only, so there was no reason to think they'd lose money by teaching us to maintain it ourselves. Now we need to pay additional money for another company to come out and train us on our equipment and maintenance.

They are awesome. My pool is a difficult pool as it is a forty year pool and the water returns and then back into the pool so they filter the water when it is not working, they create a pipe on top and then they clean the full thing for me so that I can get water going back into the pool as it is supposed to. I didn't have enough of hole in our pump house and they took a 2 1/2and rdquo; pipe and made it across my pool deck and then created that it cod sink into the pool deck so that water comes out at two sides so that I have water returning back into the pool because that is how you filter it. The experience was very positive. The work guys are very good. Their price is pretty comparable t everybody else and it was little better than another company which were horrible. I like them because they send me an email and tell me schedule your pool opening and then they will send me email to schedule your pool closing, so that I don't have to go and schedule my pool opening or closing because if you wait too long then your opening will not happen in June. So they always send me an email because I am a customer of theirs as a courtesy so that I can schedule that and I like that feature. They are very customer oriented.

Howard was timely, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We are pool novices, and he took the time to label and explain the different parts of the pool and the corresponding mechanics. He was very friendly and helpful overall - we definitely appreciated all the detail he provided. Would definitely use them again!

I was frustrated with another service who never seemed to do things right. So finally contacted Contemporary Watercrafters. While they couldn't come out as quickly as I had hoped, they did come out within the time frame they specified. The main technician who did the work knew what he was doing and got right down to business. He aligned the pipes right, cut off some extra pieces and fit them in so the entire structure was even and fixed the problem I had called them for. As he was doing his final check he noticed the vacuum pump was leaking so I authorized him to replace a few parts there too. All in all, they were professional, knew their stuff, and got the job done correctly, on the first visit. While it was not an overly complicated fix, I was glad he knew what to do right from the start and went about doing it without much fanfare. I will definitely use their services again..

They arrived withing the promised time window and performed the contracted job quickly and efficiently.

Everyone at Watercrafter's has been very helpful as we learn how to operate the pool at our new home. They even offer a free Pool School each spring.

The older system we inherited with our new finally died and we needed a new filter/multiport valve. Had a good discussion with the folks at the store on the pros and cons of different systems. The did not push the most expensive options. Gave me a professional quote so I could research the equipment they would install. Price was good, though slightly higher than the other quote, We used the second company for our pool opening...they were okay just not real helpful in teaching us how to run the pool.

Installers showed up on time, were professional, friendly, and worked hard. We are very happy with the quality of the equipment and installation.

People from Watercrafters Pools and Spas Company are responsive. They are professional. They are very pleasant. They are helpful. They do their job well. They are nice people. I had to call them for a problem today and someone was out here by afternoon. I think they need to retain to their staff. The same person has been coming out for me since the last year. I think that is good, rather than having a stranger out every time. I would continue to use them in the future.

I was on vacation right after replastering pool and needed someone to brush the pool and check the balance to make sure the plaster cured without problems. They came and performed the service, called me when they had questions, and left notes detailing the service.

They were very prompt and helpful with making decisions. They did a good job with the installation and gave me a very competitive price.

The experience was fine. I had a leak in the pool and they were going to subcontract it out, but I didn't want to do that. When the maintenance guy came I wasn't really pleased with the way they put things around my pool. I was not happy about that. I think their price is average.

They are a swimming pool contractor and I use them both for supplies and services. They are very reliable, helpful and friendly. The line that they carry has a wide range of bio-grade products. They do regular maintenance and also openings and closings.

They are very professional and responsive. They know what they are doing.

They replaced the tiles but apparently cracked one of the new ones while installing it. I discovered this after installation when fire was burning the side of the heater. They made good on the repair but, saying that I was, "too picky" of a customer, refused to do further work for me. They had been my pool service for 7 or 8 years prior.

I've used this company before but had tried another one. The other company wasn't up to the quality of Contemporary Watercrafters so after I checked Angie's List I went back to them.

THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY HELPFUL. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF AT STORE HELP WITH POOL WATER ANALYSIS, ASSIST OWNERS IN MAINTAINING WATER CHEMISTRY IN POOL. THEY ALSO PROVIDE FULL POOL MAINTENANCE. WE HAD THEM 'OPEN' OUR POOL IN THE SUMMER WHICH INCLUDED REMOVING COVER, VACUUMING THE POOL, ADJUSTING WATER CHEMISTRY, CHECKING PUMP AND FILTER. THEY ALSO CLOSED POOL FOR WINTER. WE HAD THEM IN OCCASIONALLY DURING POOL SEASON TO VACUUM THE POOL. VERY THOROUGH BUT MUCH IN DEMAND. REGULAR CUSTOMERS HAVE PRIORITY IN SCHEDULING. ON THE HIGH END FOR COST.
