 + -1 moreThe settlement went so much easier than we had anticipated and we had lots of questions that she took her time answering. She helped us finalize some loose ends that we had missed and made us feel like superstars. I highly recommend their services!!!!
Description of Work: We arrived at the settlement company about a half hour early and were greeted by a very friendly man who offered us fresh sandwiches for lunch. The closer came out and introduced herself and told me that if we wanted to, she could get us in as soon as we had finished our lunch. We went in and everything was explained in terms that I could understand.

 + -1 moreThey schedule, execute and follow up. The settlement itself is always an education for new buyers and sellers who haven't sold in a while. Debbie did our last closing and thoroughly explained everything to first time buyers and first time sellers.
Description of Work: I've been using Classic for years and find the entire staff to be pleasant and professional. My last settlement was smooth despite the last minute changes that always seem to happen. Even when we need to do a remote settlement, they always accommodate. Many of my clients ask for many different recommendations and for title companies, Classic is always on the list.

 + -1 moreWe have used Classic Settlements in the past and had received good service. But this time ( 10 years later) we were sadly disappointed. Let me list some of the ways: Were seen by the settlement agent 45 minutes late Agent was just assigned the settlement and was completely unprepared Agent could not explain items on HUD-1 Errors were found on HUD-1 Agent was not respectful of Buyer ( we were the sellers) Payment of water bill (Settlement Company responsibility) was not done after over a month even though they were repeatedly reminded Unprofessional front office staff when we called in (on all occasions) We will never use them again nor will we recommend them to others.
