Sam, the owner of the company, arrived punctually and explained what he was going to do. He was thorough in his process, pointed out a few difficult spot areas, some of which he redid. The results look very good, and we are looking forward to time with friends over the new year, and enjoying the nicely cleaned carpets. Thank you, Sam.

He was prompt professional. He had to cancel once due to weather, but called and offered to come any way. He was on time, did not change his quote and did an outstanding job. If you want your carpets cleaned-call him. He called after job to check in. Would highly reccomend Sam Haddand and Chem Dry.

The service was outstanding. Our 17-year old carpets look like new. He paid close attention to detail, explained everything he was going to do, and was highly professional. I would definitely use them again.

I was very happy with the work. My house is the cleanest I've ever seen it. He works by himself, is very organized, and worked cleanly. The type of solution he used was non-toxic. He did a sanitizer and also treated for spots and stains.

Sam arrived right on time. He introduced himself to me and also my husband who was working in the yard. As soon as he entered the house, he put down a cloth on the hard wood floors so that his equipment wouldn't scratch anything. Together we went over what he was to clean and then he got right to work. He was such a nice guy and what a hard worker. I am so glad I found him on Angie's list. Great job and yes I will hire him again.

It went beautifully!
When I first called Sam was great at getting specifics from me about what I needed. He asked questions and explained the process that he would use. He made recommendations but did not try to sell me more than I was asking for.
Before the scheduled date he called to offer me a discount if I would be able to have him come on another day.
(he had another job in my same vicinity) When I could not accommodate him he gave me the discount anyway!
He was extremely careful with his equipment and very courteous to me. The second sofa was added that day and he had no problem accepting it.
The furniture looks great! My children have remarked that the pieces look new again!

Exceptional! I used Imad (Sam) Haddad once before for a home I was renting. When it came time for us to purchase our home only one person/company came to mind to clean our carpets. He is professional, knowledgable, honest, fair, kind and personable. He gives excellent advice on caring for and maintains your carpets. The cleaning job is fantastic! I will always use him and recommend him to anyone looking for a carpet cleaner.

Sam was kind enough to accommodate me early in the morning as we were moving in the same day. He cleaned 3 BRs, hallway, more than 25 carpeted stairs (at a great price) and living room. He was very punctual and honest forthrightly telling me what is possible and what is not. He also deodorized carpets and applied solution to protect carpets for next few years.
There were 3 stains in the master bed room and he tried best to take them out - I guess they were too tough and did fade to the max possible. Gave me tips on how to take care of the carpet in future and have it lost long.

I scheduled my carpet cleaning yesterday. The gentleman came promptly this morning at the time agreed upon. He worked very hard for three hours. His manner was friendly and professional. He covered my hard wood floors on the main floor so they were protected as he worked. I would recommend his services to anyone needing carpet cleaning.

We had our basement carpets cleaned and had them sanitize areasa of mold. They came over right away when I needed them. It took them only a couple of hours and they did a great job.
