I found them on Angie's List.  He outsources his work to somebody local.  He did an excellent job.  He was on time and efficient.  I would definitely call him back.  He was just very experienced in his skill.  He was very professional.  It was best piano tuning I've had.

We were very pleased with the work of Ric Normoyle, the piano technician. We initially reviewed the comments on the various piano services. We selected this piano service hoping a woman will tune the piano. Charity was no longer available. Ric was a good replacement. He made an assessment and explained the work that has to be done. Much to my relief tuning our 40 year old Pearl River pianos would cost $125.00, the standard price set by the Piano Tuners Guild. I was happy to know that there is a piano tuners guild that advocated for quality piano tuning. Our son who used to play the piano visited with his children. He immediately recognized that the piano was tuned and sounded better. The piano once again is serving a function in our home. Many thanks to Ric for the piano's revival!

This was a top quality job. I called and was told to expect a call from Rick who would be doing the tuning. I was given a price estimate of around $200. Rick called within 24 hours and when he did not get ahold of me, he sent me an email. We scheduled via email. Rick was pleasant and knowledgable.

Easy to schedule, and Charity uses "Rick" for the area I am in (Herndon, VA). After contacting Charity, Rick called the same day to discuss the work and schedule a specific time. On the day of the appointment, he was running about 20 minutes late, but called to let me know. He spent over 2 hours working with the piano (we got it from a friend for the cost of moving it, and it was pretty far out of tune.) Rick was very knowledgable and patiently explained what he had to do, along with a good background on the type of piano. He also recommended some next steps for a follow on service. It sounds great.

My wife called her at 5pm. She said she could come in the evening that night. She arrived at the designated time and promptly went to work. Charity diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly. She did excellent work without trying to push any extra business. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Terrific. By far the best tuner I've found over the past 8 years, during which I've tried 4-5 different tuners. Besides being very available, professional, prompt, precise, and experienced (she started piano tuning as a child, working with her father), she's very personable and will teach you about pianos and the options for humidity control (a big issue in this area).

I arranged the date with Kopczeski totally by e-mail. I submitted a list of dates that I would be available, and the piano technician, Rick Normoyle, agreed to whatever date was most convenient for me. He arrived precisely at the appointed time, worked on the piano for two and a half hours, and had it in pristine condition. It sounds like a new piano, and I am delighted to be able to introduce my granddaughter to music on the same piano that her mother played 30+ years ago.

All went well. I plan to use them again.

Although I am not familiar with all that goes into tuning a piano, I will say that Charity was very thorough. She spent approximately 3 hours working on the piano and it sounded great when she was finished. She's nice, very professional and I would say she really knows what she's doing.

The job went beautifully. She stuck with it until she was done, and the piano now sounds beautiful to all who hear it.

She tuned my piano in my home and did a great job. She came out within a day of my call and just took a couple hours. She was very thorough and explained everything she did. I knew I could rely on her to do the job correctly.

The piano had not been tuned in over seven years. It took over two hours to complete. It was done very professionally, and Charity went beyond the minimum requirements for the job. She worked to get several of the keys freed, and included a thorough cleaning and pitch correction.

Ms. Kopczeski did an expert piano tuning. She spent several hours making certain that the piano was accurately tuned. She is a gentle and charming person who is devoted to her work.

Charity was polite, courteous, and very thorough. Our piano had not been tuned in about 10 years. Charity spent close to 3 hours tuning the piano until it was right. I would definitely recommend her and will use her services in the future.

Ms. Kopczeski was on time, very polite and very reasonably priced. I think our piano required much more time than the average to tune, yet the price remained at $110. I hope to call on her again.
