I would definitely recommend CasaNova Design and Build to others for their home projects. They renovated my primary bath installing a beautiful walk-in shower, new floor tile, new sink vanity, and more. The crew was on time and did excellent work! The owner, Chris was wonderful to work with. He really made the process way less stressful providing guidance and support making sure everything was done properly. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom and would hire them again for other projects in the future!

Casa Nova was a great company to work with. My deck was badly in need of restore and Chris and his crew did the work quickly and professionally. Chris was transparent from the beginning to the scope and work and explained extra costs related to laying out gravel during the build. His crew got the job done in less than a week with no stoppage and the results were great.

Jessica and Chris helped guide me through my kitchen remodel that I had been thinking about for years but was unsure just what was possible and would meet my vision. They helped a great deal to meet my vision and guide me through the process. Their team was great and here everyday until the renovation was completed and it was completed on schedule. They also were quick to come and fix the inevitable little things we noticed that need touch ups even after it was complete. I also appreciated they brought samples for me to chose from so I wouldn't have to run around during a pandemic. I highly recommend them, it was a pleasure to have them complete our renovation.

What can I say? Quite simply the best experience I've had with remodelers! Instead of simply telling how good they were, here are some specifics: - I don't have any experience in design and what looks good. Patiently I was guided through several choices on multiple items - flooring, cabinets, vanity, etc. The final product is well above my expectations in looks. It is both modern and functional. - It was an extremely small job (1 full and a 1/2 bath remodel), but they treated me as if I were their only project. Although I know they had other projects that undoubtedly were more important, never did they drift from my project onto others, causing delay (which I've had in the past). - The pricing was well within my range of estimating. And I'd add, that the project manager and work crews did more than expected, "because we take pride in all our jobs . .. " was the quote. You don't hear that very often anymore. - Even when I create a problem, that could have delayed the project an entire week, they jumped in and help solve it. The project, one week in length finished on time. - EVEN AFTER THE PROJECT WAS DONE, they noticed one small flaw (a light switch cover was not the right style (I didn't even notice it)), they came back a couple of days later and fixed it. As I said, this was quite simply the best experience I've had with any contractors! I'm already planning on getting their bid on the rest of my apartment.

CasaNova rises above and beyond the definition of customer service. Remodeling is difficult when living alongside but they went out of their way to minimize stress, work around our lives and busy schedules, and to deliver on time and within budget. I recommend them highly.

Chris was the designer of my entire home renovation plan including two bathrooms and one kitchen. He listened carefully about the client's request and the preferred styles. He came up with 3D design quickly after the initial meeting in order to let me visualize the future layout after the change. He did a lot research and brought up the most appropriate MCM design to my house. He was not shy to provide his own professional opinions while he was also very flexible to adjust his designs to meet the client's request. He has a very good eye to the combination of the color, texture and patterns and it was very pleasure to work with him. He made my life a lot easier with his thoughtfully preselected materials. At the end all pieces came together very nicely and tastefully. Thank you!
