I HAVE BEEN USING CAPITAL STEAM CLEANING FOR ALMOST 15 YEARS. HE WORKS WITH YOU IN SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENTS AND IF THERE IS A PARTICULAR PROBLEM AREA IN YOUR CARPETS HE WILL REALLY WORK AT THEM. IF AFTER CLEANING YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE JOB OR A STAIN REMAINS HE COMES OUT FREE OF CHARGE.
