Great Service and great overall experience

We are dancers and refurbished our family room as a ballroom with wooden floors and mirrors on the walls. We had very specific requirements regarding spacing and positioning, and Campbell was very attentive to detail. We had a great first visit to spec the project, and (after some unavoidable weather delays) a perfect installation - everything in place and neatly done. We were very happy with the results!

I broke one of the glass windows in my garage door and didn't have a lot of confidence that I could replace it myself. I reached out to several glass companies, but most said that the job was too small for them. One recommended Campbell Glass & Door. When I called them, they made an appointment to make the repair within a week, quoting a price of $185. The guys showed up on time and did the repair job within an hour. I'm satisfied with the final product.

My experience with them went well. It was pretty straightforward. I just needed a mirror cut to a certain sized, and they did it. I thought the price was reasonable. I picked it up, and they gave me instructions to install it. The instructions were pretty clear and the installation went well.

Answered all questions, gave us materials to trace patterns, made helpful suggestions, cut glass which was a perfect fit in all four instances.

It was excellent. The estimate was accurate and the service was top notch.

Had a rock thrown through the back door window leaving an eight-inch hole in January weather. Called Campbell early the next morning. They told me the price for a standard replacement and for a custom replacement and would send someone out that same morning. I swear, he arrived in about 15 minutes. Very efficient but very kind as well. The old window was a size no longer standard. "Oh no, weeks of waiting with cardboard over the hole. And the custom price, too!" But no,it was suggested that the door be removed and taken to the shop where the window opening could be cut one inch larger to accommodate a modern standard in-stock window. Crazy but ingenious. And thus it happened. Before removing the door from its hinges, Mark helped me put the glass panel in my storm door (I still had the screen in). He also thoroughly taped plastic over the broken window so no glass dislodged could fall out.
About an hour and a half later, he returned with the door and rehung it. It looks great; honestly better than new. I paid the custom price because of the extra work required and was happy to do so because my rather distressing problem had been completely and beautifully resolved in under 3 hours.
I cannot say enough about the team at Campbell Glass! Skillful, knowledgable, communicative, honest, courteous, attentive and speedy. It really was a pleasure doing business with them.

I called ahead of time, gave them the estimated dimensions of the screens, and they gave me an estimate over the phone. When I arrived, they confirmed my measurements, wrote up a formal quote (was the same as the one on the phone) and told me when it would be ready. It took them less than a week to repair the screens.

Campbell Glass was very responsive, came to the house to provide estimate, and performed the work in a very projessional manner.  I received quotes from others (e.g. painters), but had the most confidence in the window professionals for this important repair.

Quick onsite estimate.  Took the company 2 trips back to the house to install 2 windows b/c one of the windows broke while in transit.  All in all, a decent  experience.

Not much to say.  I dropped the broken pane at the shop and they gave me an estimate.  They are a litle gruff on the personality side, but the repair was done quickly and professionally.  Final price was a little less than the quote.

I will also prefer high quality and fair prices to a warm and fuzzy staff.

I had a good interaction with them. They were friendly, and they made sure they clean the windows before they left. The price was competitive, and it was in line with others.

It all went great with Campbell Glass & Door. They came out very quickly and got the product in 2-3 weeks. It was all good. They were courteous and easy to work with. I had to go back to ask why the estimate was more than last time and they reduced it. The price was competitive as I got 2 other estimates which were higher.

Great. I dropped screen off at their facilityand it was ready when promised. Looked like new.

I wasn't able to be there when they did the work so they were very comfortable getting my credit card information and just charging it. There wasn't any hanky panky, I came home from work and the job was completed. The quality was good, they are a responsible glass repair shop. They were very responsive in terms of turn around time. They were able to get to the job within 2-3 days.

An upstairs window spontaneously shattered and needed to be replaced. Company responded promptly to do estimate within a day or two, scheduled replacement date and arrived on schedule. Subsequent delay was uncurred because replacement pane was not cut to correct size, but final work was done well. Seemed a bit expensive but we had no prior experience with this and the service was good.

QUOTED A PRICE THAT WAS LESS THAN OTHERS QUOTED. CAME OUT PROMPTLY AND MADE REPAIR. I THINK THEY WERE A SMALL COMPANY AND PROVIDED FRIENDLY SERVICE.
