Bartlett Tree Experts

It went very well! We have a small back yard, and were concerned for more than a year about the low hanging limbs of our tall, 150-year-old white oak looming over part of our roof & chimney, and, also dead wood in other parts of the tree that were coming down due to heavy rains & winds. In addition, two almost equally tall Atlas Pines had not been cleared of dead wood for several years and needed attention. We called Bartlett Trees & were scheduled with Arborist Forest Bowen within a few days. Mr. Bowen’s thorough inspection of the property resulted in our including work on two smaller trees: one hanging over a shared driveway, the other over neighbors’ yards. Our first thought was to divide up the work; however, we are glad we did not. Within a couple of weeks after signing the contract, Bartlett sent a crew of 3 tree workers to the house. They were well-trained and experts. Sergio was our excellent supervisor, along with two experienced tree workers. The three coordinated well & worked for hours up the trees. The peace of mind of getting this done before the snow falls, & the great improvement in our situation is gratifying. Also, we did not anticipate how much better our backyard looks – the majesty and beauty of the oak & pines has been restored. We are grateful for a job well done - thank you Bartlett Trees and their staff.

Efficient, responsive

Riley, the arborist, came and looked at my trees. We decided to take down 3 small trees and trim 8 other trees. Hector & Alex did a great job doing the work and cleaning up the yard.

They came out to spray, several different treatments, several times a year and it was quite expensive.  I don't think my trees benefited that's why I didn't use them this year.  Pricing was very expensive.  Again I'm only comparing them with another company and both were extremely expensive.  It's expensive to have your trees sprayed.  I wouldn't use them at the current price.  I would use them again if I could negotiate a better price.

It was part of a package, they had to split the work up into two different days. The workers were great. They were able to take down the tree without damaging any surrounding trees or plants. They cleaned up their mess very well it was like they weren't' even there after they left. They were very punctual. I'm not a tree trimmer guy but I wondered if there were a couple trees they could have trimmed more, but they are the experts and they said it could put stress on the trees if trimmed too much so I just have to live with the way some of the trees look.
