I felt that they really paid attention to the quality of work, rather than trying to get the job done as quickly as possible and get out.Often, the workers stayed several hours late to complete the jobs so that the next phase of the project could begin on schedule. The general contractor Edgar was very responsive. He was very patient and listened to all our demands and went beyond the call of duty to meet our needs. On one occasion, when I called them about a few grout lines not being perfect, he and his team came back to the work site at 8:30 pm to make sure that the grout was done neatly and spent an hour to perfect the grout.
In addition to the level of commitment Alvarado General Contractor has to it's customers, I feel that they are honest, trustworthy, and conscientious. I would definitely use their services again for the next project and would enthusiastically recommend them to others.
