We had a great and easy closing process with Aaron Lee Stein settlement. Our loan was delayed due to final HUD and Aaron's team member constantly followed up with lender/broker to push them to get bank instructions. Once instructions were received, they processed it in couple of hours only. When we went to settlement, they had a conference room booked for us and all the documents were ready in duplicates for seller and buyer (us). Attorney explained us each document when we were signing and key items on that documents. It took us about 45-50 minutes from start to finish.

I was very impressed with Aaron Stein. He really stands out above the rest. His prices reasonable, he is thorough, never puts anything down that he hasn't discussed with us firs. His service and his cost are phenomenal. He has also given me great advice for no additional cost. I will definitely use him again in the future and recommend him to people I know.
