+ -1 moreIt went great. I specified when I called, “not an emergency.” Nonetheless they called me back in under ten minutes and were at my home 30 minutes later (Gainesville, VA). Elian of “A1 Affordable Locksmith,” apparently from Fairfax, worked very quickly - was completely done with both doors within about 40 minutes - and was professional/courteous (“yes sir,” “no sir”). Just make sure that you ask for a quote when you first call, as the price they quoted walking in my door was different (40% higher) than what I was quoted on phone by their main appointment desk. When I called them back, he immediately honored the quote. Overall very pleased.
Description of Work: Work was to replace malfunctioning residential locks on front door and door into home garage. I had already purchased the locks at a hardware store myself.
