I paid for junk removal services in the amount of $1,375.00. However, due to an emergency by the people that came to do the junk removal, the service had to be cancelled. At the time, I was told by the owner that I would receive refund. However, I never received the refund for the service I didn’t receive.

Excellent!! Marcus was able to squeeze me in on a Sunday between jobs and called me several times to make it work. Customer Service was awesome!! The workers arrived and quickly cleaned out the basement!! Great team of workers! I will definitely call "A Few Good College Men" again for my next cleaning project.

I was so pleased to find this company! I had a very small job, and they were happy to do it for me, fitting it in between larger jobs. All the other companies I contacted wanted way too much for such a small moving job. Marcus was very prompt in communicating, and his workers were friendly and fast. I would definitely use them again.

The team showed up on time; were very polite and helpful; worked diligently; did not waste a minute. They were pleasant and cheerful. They took no breaks. At the new house they placed every item exactly where I wanted. Nothing was damaged, they handled my belongings carefully. I could not have asked for a better experience! They explained the charges, which were very reasonable. This was my 20th move (former military) and I've had moves ranging from disastrous to wonderful. This team was among the top 2 or 3 ever. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Overall, I am very happy with how my move went. The pricing was excellent. All the members of the moving team were very polite. They worked efficiently. They were conscientious of not damaging our furniture or the old and new home. Furthermore, they did a good job of not dragging too much dirt into the new home. Also, they went above and beyond by helping me assemble a crib after their work was complete. Nothing was damaged during the move. The only minor critique that I have was that they showed up a little late because they got caught in traffic, but this is understandable. They did call to let me know and apologize, which is a sign of professionalism in my view. I would highly recommend the moving team that I had.

A Few Good College Men did an amazing job. We got quotes from seven moving companies, and AFGCM had the second lowest price - $110 per hour plus a $130 flat fee for three movers with a full-sized truck. We went with them because of a strong recommendation from a friend, and could not have been happier with the results. Making the reservation by email was easy, and the movers arrived right on time. They walked in and went straight to work, working so quickly that I couldn't believe they wouldn't break anything (they didn't break a single thing, needless to say). After they had emptied out the apartment, we gave them the house key and went to get coffee before meeting them at the house. By the time we got there, they had found street parking and had half the truck unloaded, with the boxes stacked up in the rooms listed on the labels. They finished near the lower end of their time estimate. We have since unpacked all the boxes, and can confirm that not a single glass or plate broke along the way. I can't recommend AFGCM enough.

Excellent. The movers were very courteous and professional, and they clearly knew what they were doing. They wrapped items to stabilize them during the move, and they worked efficiently.

These movers are GREAT!!  We were shopping around for moving companies and after comparison, we picked this one because everything is clearly laid out with no hidden charges. Markus was so nice that he stopped by our house after work to give a more accurate estimate. He is very friendly, professional and efficient!

On the day of move they showed up 5 minutes early and were ready to start!  Duane's team was quick and never idled around or talked on the phone. They handled everything with care and were pleasant to work with.  In the end they used less time than what was estimated, we couldn't be happier with their service!

We had 4 guys with 24ft truck at $150(truck/mileage) + $150/hr.  Dwayne, Chris, Darell and Charlie did a great job with loading and unloading without any damage to our items. They took only 3.5 hrs to complete the job.  We were very pleased and would definitely use them again.

I rarely give rave reviews, but this company deserves one. They were professional and efficient from start to finish. They gave me tips on what to do to be prepared and make the move go more quickly, thus less expensively. They showed up early, got to work, and didn't stop until everything was finished. The movers were polite and responsive to my questions and input. They carried my stuff up two flights of narrow stairs without incident. The result was an efficient move that cost less than the original estimate--no adding fees or game playing of any kind. If only all business transactions could be this straightforward. I am a satisfied customer!

Marcus is the best! I hired them when I moved two years ago, and after a seamless experience, hired them again. Professional, timely, and affordable.

Moving ANYTHING causes me extreme stress.  But... these guys are absolutely awesome.  The move was perfect, they were on time, careful, professional, no damage.... I can't even think of how they could be better.  I am going to hire them again to move some things around in my home since they were so great.  Thank you to the other reviewers comments.  I hired them based on the Angie's list reviews and they lived up the the expectations.

Everything went great. The company is very professional and the price was fair and reasonable.  Moving can be stressful, especially moving an elderly parent, and this company helped make things easier.  I would use them again.
