Appointment at 8 arrived at 8:45. Supposed to be there until 11:30 left right before 11. Was not familiar with requested work. Spent 10 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong with their multi-meter. Had to give him one set up correctly. Worked on power panel without turning off all power. Did not know how a power panel worked. Later had city power worker stop by to confirm this. None of the problems stated in the work order were resolved. It was a waste of time and money.

It went well. He thought we had the materials for a new mailbox but we didn't. So he went ahead and repaired the damaged mailbox. He did an excellent job.
