Appointment at 8 arrived at 8:45. Supposed to be there until 11:30 left right before 11. Was not familiar with requested work. Spent 10 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong with their multi-meter. Had to give him one set up correctly. Worked on power panel without turning off all power. Did not know how a power panel worked. Later had city power worker stop by to confirm this. None of the problems stated in the work order were resolved. It was a waste of time and money.
Description of Work: GFI breaker needed replacement. Trouble shooting power in garage. The category selection feature above does not work. This was not mailbox repair.

It went well. He thought we had the materials for a new mailbox but we didn't. So he went ahead and repaired the damaged mailbox. He did an excellent job.
Description of Work: Mailbox had been hit and knocked over. He repaired the mailbox.
