Jose provided a bid for the work within 48 hours and pricing was very competitive. They were able to start the work within 48 hours of me accepting the bid, which was fantastic. The team did a great job first prepping the new house for the painting taping the trim, protecting the new floors and carpet with paper and plastic, etc. This was a big paint job- painting all rooms of the house (2600 sq ft) with only the closets left off of the paint job. Jose provided his paint discount for me to purchase the paint and estimated well on the amount of paint I would need accounting for some leftover for touchups. Everything was completed a day ahead of schedule for what I call part 1 (painting, lighting installation, hardware installation)- the team will return for part 2 (cabinet installation and hanging heavy pictures as well as touch ups) once the movers have come and the cabinets arrive. Definitely would recommend for others to use Jose and his team. They were flexible, thorough and did an excellent job!
