I thought I was getting the $25 manicure, but I got the $35 one. The $25 one may be more like a polish change, but that is not clear on their website.

The place is spotless and beautiful. It was a wonderful relaxing experience. Everyone there was very nice, helpful, considerate and constantly asking if I was comfortable and needed anything.

It's very nice but it's really expensive. I've gotten gift certificates there. No one doesn't like it. It's just that it's twice as expensive. It's a beautiful facility and the services are good. They're very professional, very well done, and very expensive. The people are good and everybody's polite because you're paying a lot of money.

Appointment was for a hot stone massage or "Hawaiian Rapture". It was 75 minutes of pure special treatment. Masseuse was on time, Atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Treatment was excellent. Following the massage I was escorted to the relaxation room where i was served a brownie and chilled apple cider. A warm neck wrap was placed around my neck as well. Can't wait for my next visit.

Appointments are needed. I made appointments for specific services for each of us. We were asked to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to our appointments. We did. We were ushered back to the change room/locker room. We were provided lockers, nice thick robes and rubber slippers in our sizes. Then we're asked to sit in the lounge area with dimmed lights, soothing music and water with cucumbers or lemons. Then we were called by our massage therapists and led back to the massage room. Each massage therapist spent time asking questions about our health, reason for today's visit and recommended oils. The massages were excellent. I had a 75 minute Hawaiian Rapture which is a hot stone massage. Following the massage, the masseuse wrote up a report about what was observed and recommendations for special oils, treatments and follow up. Then we were each led back to the lounge area with a warm neck wrap. Warm brownies, wine or chilled water are offered. We were felt totally pampered and relaxed.

My recent visit was for an facial and massage. I worked with the same esthetician and massage therapist as last time (3 months ago). They remembered me and were very nice and polite. I was pleased with the results. After the treatment, they take you back to the "relaxation room" where they offer water with lemon, cucumber or oranges, wine, champange, or a mimosa and a brownie. I really like the relaxation room b/c you can come as early as you want and stay as late as you want and not feel rushed. Although the price is high, I appreciate the fact the customer service is so good.

The Pearl is a beautiful spa, just a bit too pricey for me to do on a regular basis.

I like their services. They are very professional, they are a little pricey but it's nice. It's in my neighborhood. I use Kristy for facials, she's really good. I use Brooke for manicures and pedicures and she's really good. Those who are considering to use them just need to make an appointment. It's pricey but it's worth it.

The staff is extremely courteous from the moment I walk in the door. I am always greeted warmly and, as I'm becoming more of a "regular", they are beginning to know my name. The prices are not too high when you consider the entire experience. If Michele isn't quite ready, I'm taken to the the ladies lounge which has muted lighting, the sound of falling water, and soft ambient music. The attendants ask if there is anything I need - water, tea, champagne or a warm brownie! They will provide a warm neck wrap as well. I tried The Pearl for the first time for my 15 year old daughter who needed her eyebrows waxed last minute. They were able to squeeze us in even though we hadn't been there before and the lady who did the waxing was wonderful with my daughter. The person at the front desk who checked us in couldn't have been nicer and more welcoming. She even offered my 9 year old son a brownie and she offered tea to me while we waited in the main lobby. Upon check out - the person at the register wasn't very friendly and didn't even look up at first. However, the first person that helped us (and offered the brownie - which he ate and loved) came out from the back and immediately checked us out. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely be returning.

I had the best facial I have ever gotten. It was definitely worth the price and I would go back.

This spa is wonderful, but pricey. I had a 2 hour treatment and it was one of the best 2 hours of my life. The therapist was knowledgeable, considerate, and made sure that the treatment met my needs. The Pearl is beautiful. From the moment you walk in the atmosphere is soothing with a water theme. It is pleasantly scented, softly lit, and the background music is unobtrusive. The changing room is spacious and clean/ You are given the softest robe in the world and then ushered onto a serenity lounge to wait for the therapist. After the treatment, you can go back to the lounge, pick out a chaise and relax, read, have tea, and chill out until you are ready to leave. There are showers and an equipped make-up/hair area as well. I have been to the Pearl twice now and it is a truly exceptional experience.

They have a quiet and serrene facility and the staff is responsive.

I would go back there every day if I could. I like that this place reminds me of spas that I have been to in LA, New York, Chicago, and Las Vegas because it is very high end. It is like all good spas and not like ghetto. It is pretty exclusive and they have a little sitting room where they bring me cookies while I am relaxing in-between treatments and things like that. It is like super high-end and I definitely feel pampered. They do facials, manicures, pedicures and all that stuff.
