This provider is meticulous and does excellent work.  He is my first choice for every home project.  He may take a little longer than  a larger company, but his work is worth the wait and he is very trustworthy.

Ken Erskine of KME Construction was the General Contractor for my total kitchen and bath remodel.  We took it down to drywall and in some areas studs.  Ken is detail oriented, communicates every issue and carefully explains your options. He is also a perfectionist and makes sure his work is of superior quality.  The electrician and other subs he used were very good and did excellent work as well.  I recommend him highly! and will definitely use him again if we decide to do additional renovations.

Ken of KME Construction is a rare find in today's world of instant gratification and corner-cutting mentality: A true craftsman with an even more rare combination:  Expertise, hustle and humility.
We had a long punch list for getting our large house ready to put on on the market this spring. Ken tapped into his bench of craftsmen, and he just about killed himself to make it happen. For example, when we expressed concerns about the direction we perceived the painting was heading, Ken deftly worked with us and his painting crew to ensure that our expectations were aligned. The result is that our house looks better-than-new. We couldn't be happier.
Ken's prices are very competitive, but probably not the cheapest on the surface. There is a great reason for that--in fact, we think he under-charges. What pricing cannot convey is the depth of quality and craftsmanship that comes along with Ken and his crew.
Based on our experience, if you use KME Construction, you will get more than you pay for.
