We had a long punch list for getting our large house ready to put on on the market this spring. Ken tapped into his bench of craftsmen, and he just about killed himself to make it happen. For example, when we expressed concerns about the direction we perceived the painting was heading, Ken deftly worked with us and his painting crew to ensure that our expectations were aligned. The result is that our house looks better-than-new. We couldn't be happier.
Ken's prices are very competitive, but probably not the cheapest on the surface. There is a great reason for that--in fact, we think he under-charges. What pricing cannot convey is the depth of quality and craftsmanship that comes along with Ken and his crew.
Based on our experience, if you use KME Construction, you will get more than you pay for.
