They were prompt to schedule and arrived when they said they would. They took out two trees of two different species that were attached to our catalpa tree. They then removed all of the dead wood from our catalpa and it is now doing great.

Offered the best price in the area after contacting three other services. Very responsive. Wanted to remove one tree all together but was way to expensive - so went with the safety prune instead. have had very few dead/broken limbs fall out since.

They did a very good job. They sprayed the trees and waited for the leaves to die before they cut it down and removed it. It is a very complicated tree to remove, but this company always does a good job for me. I would highly recommend them to others.

Unfortunately, while they had the best price, the follow-up was spotty. Decided to go with a company that was a bit more responsive.

They showed up the first time as they were supposed, did the work but did not leave the limbs cut up for me as i asked and there was a limb that i thought would be part of the service that didn't get cut. It may have been a miscommunication on my end. They came back a couple of weeks later and finished the job without any extra fees or complaints and left the newly cut logs which made me really happy. The price of the job seemed reasonable compared to other angies list companies so I went with them first. My only issue is that its hard to communicate with them. I seem to get a different person over the phone as I do over email so I wasnt able to get my message across to the same person. Other than that, I thought it went well. My wife was there for the 2nd cut and said they did a great job, they even neatly stacked the wood near our wood stove outside which was awesome. I would definitely use them again.

He was very professional and cleaned up all his trimmings when finished. He gave me a quote to have some additional work done but it exceeded my budget. If I can get the money, I would use him to do the work.

The estimate this provider gave was significantly cheaper than other estimates and they did not try to sell additional unnecessary services. It took a couple of weeks to get on their schedule for removal and the work could only be done after submitting a deposit, but they came on the said date and did the work well and as promised. We were very happy with the work and would use them again.

Showed up took trees down, cleaned up. I am so excited. The trees were hanging over my deck and I hated having to sweep the deck every day. Now there are no trees, no sweeping for me, just lots of sunshine. They did an excellent job. This is the second time I have used them. This was for my personal use and I recommend them highly.

Everything went on time without a hitch. Job well done under difficult conditions. They were the only company that would climb tree. All other companies wanted to use a machine(sorry can't think what it is called). This was making price sky high and would have had to get permission from apartments next to house to use their property. Very pleased.

That went well. The serviceman was fine, the gentleman that came out and did kind of a survey. I walked through the property with him and he talked about the service, that was great. It was just the responsiveness that I was getting from the office manager, or whoever I was talking to, it was awful. It took them forever to actually come out and do the service. It was horrible. But, the gentleman who came out and did the work was excellent. The work that he did was exactly as he explained. Once it was actually scheduled, he came out on the day it was scheduled. It was just getting the coordination with that person and finding time. It was worth the price as far as the work. I would probably not use them again.

They did a GREAT job. On the date that service was scheduled, WSSC had to repair a water line, which result in blocking the street. The company had to find a different way to get to our property and to remove all of the tree limbs. All of the work was done with on fanfare.

They were very knowledgeable and skillfull. They got to my house about 8:30 am sized the jobup and were done before noon. They also had the equipment to do the best job possible. They did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to use or refer them in the future.

They worked hard, efficiently, and nonstop and took care of everything on the list, including outstanding clean-up, within the 4 hour time frame - very impressive.

It went very well. The workmen did a nice job and were responsive to my request to trim a couple of branches. The trimmed the tree so it was not overhanging our house and reshaped it. They cleaned up well afterwards. A great company.

There was an issue with my FiOS line being cut during the process, however, Hometown did coordinate with meeting Verizon and getting the issue fixed temporarily. It was unsightly for a longer period of time that I liked, but eventually I had one of the best looking lawns on the block after they laid some top soil and sod for me. I would use them again.

They were fine. Everything turned out perfectly. They did what I asked them to do.
