It was great. They did a fantastic job. They got the job done fast. They did everything that we asked them to. They cleaned up really well. They were extremely efficient. I would absolutely use them in the future.

We were upset when he first came out because we thought that he cut down too much. My husband called them. The guy came out and explained all about why he did what he did. He was very courteous. We were very satisfied and happy with them after that. We needed more and so we paid more. He came out within a couple of days. He was very prompt. We will call him again if we need more tree service. We didn’t really compare prices too much but we were satisfied with the price. The quality was fine.

We had a communication problem. They would cancel without calling. I learned that they canceled using email which I do not read during the day. This caused some tension. They were not available on any dates that I was. I let them come on a date that I was not home.

We have no complaints at all. The crew came when scheduled and performed the work well. We did not need to be home at the time. Special instructions (e.g. save a slice of trunk from the tree) were carried out as requested. Tree removal is not cheap, especially near the house, but we felt that Hometown gave us proper value for our money. We would use them again (and have used them in the past).

The service was fine. They did what they said they would do. There was no delay in scheduling, and I did not pay more than the big deal. They did what they said they would do, and I was happy with the result.

It didn't work out well. They came to prune a tree and didn't do a good job. They stepped in the garden. We had to eat a large service fee and the coupon was basically worthless. It was a bad experience. It would have been nice to have large print on the coupon. It would have been nice if they had been up front. The coupon was only good for part of the service. They stepped all over my plant beds. He did honor my coupon. I was not happy. They didn't listen me when I told them to stay out of the plant beds.

It was fine. I would recommend them. I was totally satisfied with them. The workers were all very nice and good.

They did a very good job. They cleaned up everything after the job was done. Their equipment was fine and in good condition. They came very quickly. I had a good professional relationship with them.

They came within a month of purchasing the Big Deal. We just had to find a date that worked for both of us. I remember it being reasonable. They weren't difficult to work with and didn't get any more than I thought was reasonable. I needed additional hours over the Big Deal. They didn't give me the same rate as the Big Deal, but I paid the additional. Four people came out. It took about 2 hours total - the Big Deal covered one. They trimmed the lower branches to clear up some space. They were on-time.

I scheduled them over the phone and let the know what I wanted and they came out and completed the work.

The service went fine. We had them remove 4 small pines and a fruit tree. I believe we had to pay an additional fee to have the stumps grinded but their machine was too big to fit through our gate. We ended up having them grind the stumps in the front of the house instead. I just wish I would have been warned ahead of time about the grinder. They were very efficient workers and they were great with the cleanup after the job. They even pointed out an ant issue with one of the trees.

Scheduling was fine. The pricing was very good for that job. We also had them bid for additional work this year. They were very good with clean-up.

My neighbor was so impressed with how swift and professional the crew was, I wasn't even home! You can't tell that a crew had been there! They kept everything so neat and clean! I was especially pleased and appreciative that the electric outlet we had near our large pine tree was completely safe! As some other vendor flat out told me they can't guarantee that it would be safe if we want the stump removed! That just goes to show you that there is a vast difference of quality crew out there! And some certainly do not put the customers as their priority! I have already given their name to neighbors and relatives who lives in different part of town, and will continue to do so! I would give them an A+ if I could.

They did an excellent job. First they confirmed the health of the trees (I thought they were in bad shape and might need to be removed, which would have cost a fortune). Just needed the canopy trimmed on 8 trees. They arrived on time, finished in one day and completely cleaned up when done.

This company was very professional. They were careful not to damage our home as the tree was so close to it; they even went so far as to secure it with a crane.

They did the work when I was out of town, but when I got back, it was clean and tidy. It looked like they did a great job. It looks like they got all the dead wood off and they shaped them well.

Their clean up and the job they did was terrific. I was very happy with them. The communication was good and it was all through email, I really liked that. The service was weather dependent, but it would have been better if they informed me a day ahead of time before they were coming out, so that I could be home.

They did this work in July 2014. They were excellent. They were a little difficult to schedule, but worked with me to find an acceptable date. I was promised that the work would be done in about 6 hours. They brought a large crew of about 10 men and did the work in the promised time. They cleaned up beautifully and they were very professional. Their supervisor, Sean, checked in several times to ensure the job was going well. Their price was really good and they held to the price, even thought they did a few extra small trees and bushes for me that I requested on the day of service.

Contractor gave me the run around several times before attempting sub contract me.

It was a very good experience. They did a really good job on the trees. We even paid them to do a couple of extra service needs we had since they did a good job on the trees.

They provided tree cleanup after a summer storm did an extensive amount of damage to my yard. They did a very nice job, consulted about additional work that should be done and were very thorough.

Purchased big deal coupon and used that to apply to service. Service had to be postponed once due to weather, but was rescheduled shortly thereafter. I was satisfied with the service and would recommend the company to others.

They were prompt to schedule and arrived when they said they would. They took out two trees of two different species that were attached to our catalpa tree. They then removed all of the dead wood from our catalpa and it is now doing great.
