Description of Work: I went to ForeverStrong more than 4 years agoin lieu of once a week physical therapy for a frozen shoulder. Kelly, the owner of ForeverStrong, sat with me and developed an exercise regime. In a short time, exercising 3 x week, my shoulder became more flexible and I was able to touch the middle of my back again. I continue to use the services of ForeverStrong today. The athmosphere is fun, supportive, and accountable. On a routine basis the training team makes evaluations of the clients, and adjust exercises to enhance continued strength training. Today, I am stronger, my posture is enhanced, to be honest, I feel healthy and beautiful.

+ -1 moreLost 50 pounds in 5 months. Individual attention in small groups. They hold you accountable for attending each class unlike gyms. I would not have had the success I have it weren't for that simple rule. The trainers make each workout fun and enjoyable which is just another plus over a gym. Definitely worth trying out. You will not regret it
