No hassle. What ever they promised, they fulfilled the commitment on time. David and Deb were very professional and kept us updated about the status of our loan. We closed in about 5-6 weeks.
This was our first home and while we did a lot of research, we still had questions. David went above and beyond to answer our questions, pointing out items in the GFE line by line and going into detail what these items meant. He kept in constant communcation with us about how things were going and what items he might need.
The part to me that was really impressive was the VA aspect of our loan. I had recently left the military and was waiting for my final disability claim from the VA. Six days (including the weekend) before we closed, the VA made a ruling on my claim that would exempt us from the VA funding fee. David and Deb worked tirelessly with the VA to get a new Certification of Elgibility for the loan paperwork. They really came through and although it seemed like we might have had to delay, we actually closed on time.
