despite the delays of several months that I was forced to initiate, Daniel Construction patiently stood with me and when they were finally allowed to begin, the materials were delivered as promised and the work begun on time. The workers were professional, quick, and efficient; they cleaned up everything afterwards and I now have a beautiful new roof

1) Quote: Short meeting with Jack to scope out the work. I've noticed that teams with dedicated sales teams that waste an hour or more on chitchat charged more. Conversations with Jack were quick and efficient. 2) Work: Jack's siding team came and did the work in a single day. When issues came up related to design trade-offs, they communicated the issues concisely and clearly.

We choose Daniel Construction on a recommendation from one of our neighbors. I sent and email and received a response quickly and they came out and did an estimate within a few days. We were please with the communications on when the project would start, costs, options and what to expect. The guys came out early in the morning and finished about 10 hours later. When they left, I walked around and everything was perfectly cleaned, almost as if they never came. It's been about a year and we've had no issues whatsoever. We recommended Daniels to another neighbor and they had a similar experience.

It was a terrific experience. Jack Daniel of Daniel Construction was easy to work with. His price was fair and the door her recommended is much better quality than what came with the house. The installation crew came on time, was professional and did a terrific job. My old door was drafty. This new door is not drafty at all and is beautiful. I will hire Daniel Construction next year to replace all of my windows. I highly recommend Jack and his company!

Jack Daniel of Daniel Construction company was very prompt in evaluating the job and providing sample materials and information. A written estimate was provided within 2 days. Once work as approved, I was kept in the loop on scheduling for the delivery of the roof materials, and the work on removing old and installing new roof. The entire job was completed in 2 days! I would definitely use Daniel Construction for future home improvement jobs.

I hired Daniel Construction to replace siding after it was damaged in a storm. The original siding had been discontinued, and they went out of their way to find matching material. They are honest, knowledgeable, and the quality of their work was great. I am extremely grateful for their commitment, and I am very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them.

Poor Quality, Non professional subcontractors; Language was a problem. I let them used our fist floor guest bathroom which they messed it up/clogged!. Poor installation of Hardies Siding; Manufacturer's installation instructions not followed. Removal of existing siding not done well; resulting excessive gaps for caulking; ripped adjoining door trim/post and nailing the chipped wood; Replacing rotten wood with PVC trim/post not done as agreed upon. They tried to minimize PVC trim and moldings deviating from the agreed upon the quantity; resulting only partial removal with joints in between. Exterior Painting: Not qualified painters; they painted windows and doors weather strips too. I still cannot open the windows! Also, they painted the ventilated vinyl soffits!! And they claim it was already painted! Poor response to warranty work. Warranty does not mean anything!
