American Home Contractors were very efficient, professional and responsive.

The technician, Mark Burkett, was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He completed the work in a timely manner and provided excellent information.

Marc B. came out to take a look at the problem and repair the roof leak. He was extremely punctual, professional and took the time to explain the issue he found and answer all of my questions - even those that did not relate to the specific problem he was out to address. He repaired the roof in a neat and professional manner (unlike the prior contractor). If Marc is any indicator of the work of American Home Contractors, I would definitely recommend using them!

They were professional. I was told a temporary fix would not solve my roofing problem and so they provided an estimate for a new roof. No work was done. I obtained other estimates and went with another roofing company with a lower bid, that offered the same product and same warranty.

While the initial tune up required a follow up appointment, we were satisfied with the end result.

Chuck called prior to the appointment and let me know that he was ahead of schedule and asked if I was available to take the appointment early. I confirmed that I could. He showed up when stated. He gave a clear explanation of the service purchased prior to starting the work. During the inspection photos were taken and he reviewed and explained them before beginning any repairs. All work was covered under the purchased tune-up service.

American Home Contractors put on the roof and gutters last year. The roof is fine-no complaints.The rhino gutter guards are another story. Gutter guards are thought to be more maintenance free because the wind and rain are supposed to take debris off the gutters. Well maybe that works fine in the Sahara desert but it doesn’t work in a state with lots of Maple and Pine trees. I contacted American home last week to find out if they had any suggestions on how to deal with all the debris that collected on the Gutter guards- I am still waiting for an answer!If you want a new roof I think American Home Contractors are a pretty good choice. But if you want new gutters I’d think twice about rhino gutter guards and American home contractors

Chuck Fistek did a great job inspecting my attic and roof. He showed me some attic and roof damage with photos on his phone. That same day he was able to make repairs and give me some estimates for a much larger project I may choose in the future. He was courteous and professional. I would recommend him and this company.

The contractor came out on the shedule time and repaired the damage in 40 min. He also took pictures of my roof and showed me somethings I should look out for in the future. I was very satisfied with the service done on my house. I would recommend them to and friends.

The company called me pretty quickly to schedule the appointment and even called to confirm. Which was great because I dragging my feet even though I really needed the visit. The technician, Mark called me to ask if it it was OK to come early and that was fine. He was kind and informative.

Great! Marc was very thorough explaining everything and helping me understand what needed to be done as well as things to consider and watch out for in the future. He was on time (important for someone who has to take time off from work for home repairs) and was very professional and reassuring. Would certainly recommend them and will use again for future needs.

Everything was great. Marc showed up right at 8 a.m. (my window was from 8 to noon). He replaced a few missing tabs and nailed down some shingles that had pushed through their old nails. The service took about an hour. Marc was friendly and helpful in pointing out some general issues with my roofing shingles. The service went well and I will have them back once a year for routine maintenance or sooner if more shingles blow off (hopefully not!) I recommend calling them right away (don't wait) if you find blown off shingles in your yard. The scheduling seems to take between 2-4 weeks depending on their availability. If you can't tell how many loose shingles are on your roof I recommend hiring them once a year to hopefully avoid having loose shingles blow off and potential water damage on the ceiling.

Service was very good. Contractor was timely and very professional. He completed the job promptly and discussed all findings with me in great detail. He even left his cellular phone number to allow me to call him back with any further questions/concerns.

After having to reschedule 3 times due to weather, the day came and even when it wasn't the best conditions, Howard Shires and Chuck Fistek came and got the job done. I had an over abundance of debris, branches and leaves and they carefully and cleanly removed it all. They were incredibly professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and American Home Contractors for a job well done!

Mark, my technician, was thorough and explained all of the minor fixes that our roof needed. He was very professional and experienced. I would definitely return to American Home Contractors again for service.

Great experience... Mark Burkett showed up early, explained the process, worked diligently and showed me pictures of the completed work that was done with high quality.

The technician (Jonathan) was extremely friendly and professional; he called before coming and was prompt, worked quickly and efficiently, and did a pretty good job. The gutters on the rear of the house still overflow during heavy rains, but not as badly. I'd use AHC again.

They double-booked me for my initial appointment, which was a bit annoying, but they called as soon as they realized and were able to fit me in for my second option. The technician actually called to see if he could come a bit early, which was a nice surprise. The work done seemed thorough and Mark gave me some thoughts and tips to maintain my gutters.

Some minor repairs couldn't be made on the spot because of the rain; however, he agreed to come back when the weather cleared up for the repairs, and also arrange to give me an estimate for replacement of my roof, which is 20-1/2 years old. All in all, I felt he did a thorough job; the picture evidence he provided and explained helped me realize what I'm dealing with and I am comfortable thatg he didn't overlook anything and that he didn't embellish the damage he saw. He also assured me there were no rodents present, which always was a fear of mine!
