Professional and easy to work with. He came back twice to fix the issue. the next time it took too long for the scheduling department to follow up. 3 emails and 4 weeks later i had a roofer out to fix the leaks that were not detected before.

Marc showed up on time. He was very professional and helpful. The gutters were still wet. He tried his best to sealed them which took him more time than he had with dried gutters. He also arranged the follow-up visit w/ us on a sunny day. Their current schedule was fully booked 3 weeks out. He understood the urgency and promised to come back this Saturday if he could have his sister watch his daughter. He also arranged their project manager to visit to estimate for the replacement. Very impressed. Wish every contractor could be like that.

Had Old gutter guards that were hard to deal with. They worked hard to open and clean trying not to damage

Chuck was actually early for my appointment but called ahead to make sure it would be ok. He was very professional and explained everything inside and out. He took pictures to show me areas on the roof that may need some attention and pointed out issue areas as well inside the attic. Overall I was very pleased by the service I received and look forward to using them again. Thank you Chuck!

Howard Shires was the technician and was incredibly thorough in his inspection and knowledgeable about all matters pertaining to gutter and roof. He cleaned several dirty/clogged gutters and with a particularly problematic one which was assembled improperly, he disassembled, reconfigured the gutter, and re-assembled it properly. He took several pictures, explained all that he inspected, cleaned, repaired, and left a comprehensive report. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. Very impressive, especially since he performed all this work in grueling heat.

Technician Marc Burkett was a pleasure to work with as he cleaned and inspected my gutters. He performed the work professionally and promptly. I was completely satisfied with his work product.

American Home Contractors called a couple of days later to schedule. They gave us a number of options a couple of weeks hence. They called a day or two before the appointment to confirm. Jonathan arrived early. We walked around the house. He explained several things about our gutters from initial observations, then told us what he would do. He worked for a couple of hours. When finished, he explained in more detail what he had done. At my request, he gave us a price for replacing all of our gutters, most of which are original. Jonathan communicated clearly and was highly professional throughout the visit.

Excellent. Howard was very thorough, communicated well about a few problems, showed me the pics of the clean gutters afterwards. This is a very good company to deal with, they stand by their word.

Technician Marc Burkett arrived promptly, did a thorough assessment and then did the work. I found him to be very knowledgeable and professional. The work was done in a timely manner. Quality looks good, but I am not formally rating that aspect until I see how it does after the next rain storm.

I chose AHC after interviewing four companies. They gave the best price and were willing to negotiate to include replacing the skylights over the porch. Dan Bond not only was the salesman, he was also my account manager. No other sales person did this. The workers showed up on time, worked quickly and professionally. Dan came on site to ensure work was being done well. They had to replace wood around the chimney and in 2 other places. They took pictures to show that the wood needed replacing. The clean up was excellent. There was not debris any where. Overall it was an excellent job and our son is now using AHC to replace his roof.

The process could not have gone better. I contacted American Home Contractors online and was immediately contacted by our project coordinator, James Im. James came out the next day to discuss options, go over products, and give us an estimate. Their estimate was comparable to other companies, but the product/services provided were slightly better. We decided to go with American Home Contractors because of our interactions with James and also the large number of positive reviews on many different sites. When it was finally time for the roof to be replaced, the crew showed up 15 minutes early and started work immediately. They sent out 8 guys and the work took only 4.5 hours. The crew did an amazing job. Fascia boards were replaced and painted to blend in perfectly. The roof look amazing. We couldn't be happier with the job done by this company and will recommend them to anyone looking for a roof replacement.

This was my first signup for an Angie's List "Deal", and after a little dance understanding how that kind of thing worked, was able to set up an appointment. The Deal was for cleaning 100 feet of gutter; I had more than that but was extended the Deal price for the remainder, which was an excellent value. I also needed a minor repair, which was included. The Technician, Chuck, handled everything promptly and expertly. He was easy to deal with, which I appreciated. We also discussed gutter guards and make a recommendation that I felt was appropriate, with a good quote for that work (which I'll defer to later). All in all, a successful service and I now have a go-to company and technician for my gutter work - and next time out I'll ask what else Chuck does.

A couple of my neighbors referred me to use this company and specifically told me to ask for Eric since he did such a wonderful job. The woman I spoke to at the office (Jocelyn) while setting up my appointment was very professional and explained everything to me so that I understood what was to be done. Eric was prompt and also explained everything to me that he would be doing and what he did after. Seeing the pictures of my roof really helped me understand what was going on and I appreciate how thorough he was. It was a very affordable service and I will be referring this company to more of my neighbors!

Our technician, Mark, arrived promptly and immediately made us aware of a know issue with our shingles which nobody has ever told us about and educated us on why this is a problem. I knew right away that he cared about his work and the customer - A+++. This is a rarity is this day and age, considering the reasonable fee AHC charges for this service. In addition, he was very professional, knowledgable and through through the whole process. He also went through and fixed nail pops, re-sealed the vents, etc. I will be using American Home Contractors, again!! Thank you

Marc Burkett from american home contractor looked into whats going on and diagnosed that we need an overall roof replacement but he did his best on doing what he can do, repairing part of roof so the leaking problem stop or slow down until we have whole roof job done, as well as gutter tune up, caulking etc. He is very professional, knowleagible and reliable so we would like to ask him again any project with my house. And he was very on time. We are happy with his performance and service.
