Chuck and Will arrived in a timely manner, and were very professional and thorough. The climbed into my attic to find the source of my roof leaks, took pictures for documentation, and reviewed their findings with me. They also conducted actual leak repair on the roof by applying sealant where needed, and places where I would soon need sealant. I am more than happy with the services they provided.

It went very very well. The two young men came, checked the whole roof, showed my husband and I pictures of problem areas, patched areas, and gave brickwork advice. They showed up early. They informed us on new laws that were passed as well.

I purchase gutter cleaning from the company. When they arrived they let me know that they would need to charge me an additional $30 because my house was two-stories and that they would need an extra person to complete the job. I feel like this is a poor way to conduct business.

Jonathan was exceptional. He did an outstanding job of explaining our roof problems and an job of fixing our roof.

Great! Jonathan represented AHC professionally, told me and showed me the issue, that turned out not be an issue with the roof, but with the siding. Rather than telling me that it was a roof issue that would need extensive repairs, Jonathan fixed the problem and showed me what to do in the future to prevent it happening again. This reflects a strong moral compass of both Jonathan and AHC for hiring technicians like him. Also, he suggested a fix to the problem we have been having with carpenter bees, rather than suggesting major roof repairs to deal with it, again showing his honesty. Very trustworthy.

Noticeable before/after. Marc was punctual, very knowledgeable, and clearly explained the work that he was going to perform as well as recommendations for the future. It all took ~two hours. Great value and would definitely hire again.

Mark, the roofing service/repairman from American Home Contractors was very courteous and done an excellent job by taking time to inspect / repair the roof. Quite well. Marc put in a lot of effort for a challenging job that involved cleaning screens the gutters as well as the gutters themselves. He walked the roof and did an excellent job. This is the second time this company has sent Marc our way and we've been quite satisfied with his work ethic and the job he does.

The contractor did what was stated in the offer. This isn't a bad thing in general but the appointment was for 3:30 but the contractor showed up earlier Han expected. He showed up at 2:10 but I wasn't home so that was a little irritating.

It went very well. The contractor was very competent and professional. A detailed explanation of the work performed and the overall status of the gutter structure was provided.

Marc Burkett arrived on time and did a thorough investigation. He found where the missing shingles (which showed up on my front yard a few weeks ago) had come from and replaced them. He also hammered down some weakened shingles and made recommendations on next steps. He was professional and thorough. I found this through Angie's List and prepaid for the service. It worked out well.

It went well. Marc called at 11:40 to let me know he was running early and able to start at 12:10 which was great. He was prompt and polite. He gave me some advice outside of the gutter tune up that was much appreciated.

Jonathan from AHC was very professional and explained all the issues with our roof. He made the necessary repairs and gave recommendations moving forward. He even cleaned our neighbor's gutter while he was on our roof. Very pleased with the service and am hoping the repairs hold for now until we can get the roof replaced.
