Howard did a fantastic, professional job (certainly much better than if I had tried to do it myself). The company is lucky to have this quality of staff working for them. He cleaned and checked the gutters including removing and reinstalling plastic gutter guards I had installed myself at least 10-15 years ago. I would definitely contact them again (and ask for Howard). My days of getting on the ladder to work on the second floor are over and we couldn't be happier with the work performed.

The technician, Howard was very professional. He explained everything thoroughly in addition to taking pictures of any potential problems he noticed. He was able to remove several birds' nest in the process. We were very pleased with his recommendations to prevent future problems. Overall, the service was excellent.

The gutters in my house were sagging and needed some TLC. The AHC contractor Marc was good and responsive. The only issue was that some wasps had found home in the roof/gutters area and he was allergic to bees, wasps etc (more than a normal person) so it became really not-so-comfortable position for both him and me since I don't want anyone to get hurt while on my property. But the end results looks great!

Howard was our technician and he was courteous, thorough, kept us informed, and did a great job. He even checked the shingles on the roof and showed us pictures of it. i scheduled an appointment to get 3 missing shingles replaced. i saw the $149 deal that included a full roof inspection, replacement of up to 5 shingles, attic inspection and a few other maintenance tasks along with a $250 credit for future use. i really only needed the shingles replaced but i'm glad i purchased this deal. Howard (one of their head techs) arrived right on time for the scheduled appointment. first thing he inspected was my attic. he found a few issues and described them fully to me along with showing me pictures. he noticed one of my air ducts was not connected, which meant i was heating and cooling my attic for who knows how long and also meant my bedroom was not getting the right air supply either. to save me time in having to hire an HVAC specialist, Howard asked me for a roll of duct tape and was able to reconnect the dislodged air duct. he then spotted a leak in the roof about the size of a quarter that was dripping through the insulation. he also saw water marks in another location but wasn't quite sure how it got there. after he inspected the attic, he hopped up on the roof. he replaced the 3 missing shingles (didn't match my current shingle color but no big deal). he also found where the leak was coming from. apparently there was a bullet casing stuck in the roof which was causing the leak! after his work was complete, he gave me a full description of what he saw and a few recommendations. he answered any questions that i had. Overall, Howard seemed like he had a lot of experience and was honest. total time of the work took about 2 hrs 15 minutes from start to finish. i would use them again in the future for any roofing needs. he told me they do other work like windows and siding. my only negative was that my appointment date was about 1 month from when i called to schedule it. i'm guessing it's because they are busy and booked up but it was obvious after the quality of service that was provided. also, the pictures he took were supposed to be sent to me. it's been about 5 days now since service and i have not received them yet.

Being a Navy veteran, I really appreciated the punctuality that John showcased the day of our meeting. He took his time to look at the gutter system and give me a quote on the different jobs I questioned around the house to include a complete replacement of the gutters. Out initial quote for the gutter system was $1,575. Compared to other companies, this was a great price, but little did I know, there was missing information. What I did not find appreciative was that other elements of a gutter replacement were not factored into the cost. This would include items like facia boards, capping, rake and freeze boards, and soffits. Other companies that were brought in made it a point to bring up the possibility that these items would need to be replaced, and gave me a quote on said items. Unfortunately, John failed to do the same thing, until I contacted him via email. After John provided me the necessary information, our quote skyrocketed to $6,125. I am not sure if this is protocol, but from a consumers point of view it looks shady and unprofessional to withhold key information about a project, that ultimately would increased the price of the job in a significant way. I do not understand why this information was not presented upon the time of the inspection, and it is because of this flaw we will not be going with the company. In the future, I feel that it would be more beneficial to include all information for the consumer regarding a job, so that they can have a better idea of what the final investment will cost.

The technician, Jonathan Ross, who performed the work arrived exactly on time, was very personable and informative, and completed the job in one hour. This was a very satisfying experience.

Chuck and Will arrived in a timely manner, and were very professional and thorough. The climbed into my attic to find the source of my roof leaks, took pictures for documentation, and reviewed their findings with me. They also conducted actual leak repair on the roof by applying sealant where needed, and places where I would soon need sealant. I am more than happy with the services they provided.

Did well. The work was done quickly with minimal disturbances.
