The technician (Chuck) was outstanding. He arrived on time, explained the Gutter tune up work he was going to do. He cleaned, repaired, align my gutters, and provided pictures of the work. Would definitely use American Home Contractors again.

Marc Burke was the technician that came to do the work. He explained everything that needed to be done to the gutters. He also explained the follow up work that needs to be done for our roof. He left an inspection report highlighting all of this information for future reference. Overall he did a great job!

Excellent work! The technician, Howard, was very professional and thorough. First, he went into the attic to inspect the leaking area and quickly identified a water stain on the plywood sheathing located above the ceiling leak. Then, he climbed on the roof to the exact spot above the stain he had identified and repaired the leak. Additionally, Howard noticed a flashing irregularity so he pieced-in and sealed a small piece of additional flashing to help prevent any future problems. The original flashing had been installed by the builder with too much gapping around the leak area, which allowed water to leak in during hard driving rains. Howard kept me informed during the entire process with both pictures and communication. Again, this was a excellent job performed by an excellent technician.

Howard arrived earlier than expected (awesome) and told us that we didn't need the service because we had gutter helmets. Instead of saying "sorry" and walking away, he offered advice about how to prevent additional water leaks on our patio (which is why we thought to have the gutters checked), he offered to clip some old satellite wires and saw off the old satellite from our roof, and he gave us some roofing advice. He even told us to apply for a refund since the work we needed wasn't necessary. Howard was amazing!!!! If we ever need work from this company again, I am requesting Howard!!

I spoke with a girl over the phone for scheduling and everything went fine. The only issue was that they were not able to do the work until almost a month after I had made my purchase.

It was a very pleasant experience, Mr. Howard Shires immediately put me at ease because of his quite demeanor and professionalism. He arrived on time and went to work; afterward describing to me the work he had done(tightening nails; resetting a shingle and re-caulking the flashing on the left side of my roof). The job took about half an hour. I was e-mailed photos of the finished work and my roof no longer leaks. What a comfort it is nowadays to be served by such a professional company at such a reasonable cost and Mr. Shires is to be commended for being such an asset to his employers.

Contractor changed the terms of the deal stating they refused to come out since I had gutter shields over the gutters. Nothing said about that in ad.

Was advertised with many things to be done but did cleaning by removing the dirt. No other advertised task like tune up etc was done.

Well. I live in a townhouse so it was a small roof.

None of the services mentioned in the deal was performed except taking the pictures of the roof and checking one downspout of gutter near front porch. I was expecting the professional to do my basic need that is gutter tune-up, debri cleaning and making sure water flowing properly which was not done. When I asked to check the water flow the professional said he needs another guy to perform the service that will add up to cost. So I had to let him without getting the services that I prepaid for.

It went extremely well. Marc Burkett arrived early and thoroughly assessed the damage and explained what was causing our roof leak and what he needed to do to fix it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Even though it was very hot outside, he worked very efficiently and before leaving he explained what he did and what to look for in the future. He even swept leaves off the roof and did not leave any mess behind, He provided his business card with contact information in case we have questions or there are any problems. He also provided coupons for additional jobs that we might need in the future. I am very pleased with the outstanding service and am looking forward to the next big rainstorm.

Will call before he arrived since he was running early. He asked to see where I'm having any leaks and spent approximately 1 hour on my roof sealing around my skylight and pipes. He took several pictures and advised that I consider a new roof estimate. I was aware that I would need a new roof soon. He later emailed the pictures he took and left me with a report on his observations. Very thorough assessment, very professional and prompt. I would definitely use them again.
