+ -1 moreThe gentleman was on time, and had the correct parts in his vehicle and repaired on the spot. Seemed to be very knowlegible about the product and even gave me some ideas on brands that I was thinking about purchasing. Friendly and efficient. Would use him again.
Description of Work: Called the company for someone to come out and look at our floor model 52" tv. They responded right away and had someone at my house the next day. He came in and ran a test on the tv, confirmed what it needed and went to his vehicle for the part. Came back in and repaired. Told us what was wrong and explained what he did. It has worked since and I have not had a recurring problem.
