She was extremely helpful and patient with me throughout the process. Because this was my first purchase of real estate I had a lot of questions and was unfamiliar with the process. Ms Fike answered my questions in detail, anticipated my questions and was an excellent guide throughout. Her knowledge and experience was obvious. I chose the Goodfellow agency because they are active in the community and did not make me feel like an annoyance for being so unaware of how it all worked. Many real estate agents turn me off because they act as if the entire world depends on them. Ms. Fike and the rest of the staff at Goodfellow are very personable, likeable, respectable individuals and they proved that it is possible to be a great agent without the attitude.
