I think it's a small company so there's a small delay in response time (less than a day), but he did get back. Ordered our first ton from a different company and they were okay, however I'd say my experience will Elligson was much better - they have a conveyor available, prices are better and Bill is just a very pleasant guy to deal with. We also wonder is the last company shorted us some, so add honest into the mix as well.
