Chris is all three. He arrived on time every time he said he would be here. He offered suggestions to save me money. He finished the job ahead of schedule.

We had a couple of emergencies over the last couple of years with aging parents and Chris delivered every time. He is a great guy to know. He is skilled, responsible and easy to work with. I don't think I would have survived the last few years of constant change and stress without Chris. My husband is a commercial contractor and he depends on Chris as much as I do and he is very picky.
