Unlike dealers, franchise auto repair shops, and some of the local individual shops, Zach provides an accurate and honest assessment of the work that needs to be done now and what will need to done in the near future. This a allows his customers to get done the work required and plan ahead for jobs that will need doing soon. His estimates have always been dead on, and he is happy to offer his customers choices that can affect pricing, such as new versus rebuilt transmissions and engines. I have recommended him to many friends and neighbors, and have never heard anyone complain. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else.
