Description of Work: my F150 needed its exhaust fixed badly. the entire pipe from engine to muffler had rusted out to the point that the heat was melting the carpet of the cab, and i needed to drive to buffalo in two days. when i called zach to ask if they could fix it, they said that they were really booked and couldn't really do it for a few days, but when i said that i really needed it to drive to buffalo, zach asked me how soon i could bring it in. i said 20 min. so he said that he could promise to look at it and diagnoe the problem but not promise to fix it because they might have to order parts. so i took it in, and they fixed it that day. it was not cheap, as they had to replace everything, but it was fast, the truck was clean (no dirty footprints like i have had at other mechanics, and a paper carpet where the mechanic might have to put his feet). AND they noticed that the truck was running lean (which i new because it had failed its emission test for that reason), and suggested that i might should have it looked at. meaning that they had gone the extra mile to check out other things in the truck to see if it was ready for a long trip. that impressed me. i am planning to take it back to them to have it fixed for its next emissions test.

Description of Work: Today's job is an exhaust manifold repair because 5 of 8 bolts had broken off, but I have had home do numerous jobs on all my vehicles. Tie rods, computers, exhaust manifolds, tune ups, brakes, bearings, electrical, transmissions, oil changes and other basic maintenance that I don't have time to do. You name it, Zach has done it for us either under his own name or when he was with previous shops. We followed him when he struck out on his own because of his honesty, integrity, and reliability.
