Description of Work: For heating and air conditioning, we use Wyant. Six years ago, they installed a new furnace and air conditioner. They come twice a year for check-up for the heating and cooling season to make sure that everything's okay.

Description of Work: Been doing PM on my a/c and heater for the past 3 years. |presently pay about $180.00 per 2 visits yearly. |Have used twice out of pm service. Both times they responded in less than 2 hours and had a very reasonable fee.

Description of Work: During a routine seasonal check up (the first time we used them), the technician was able to figure out why neither my heating nor air conditioning have been working effectively since we built our house 7 years ago. We have been complaining to our builder and had several HVAC companies out to our house, and no one else was able to find the problem. In just one hour, the technician determined that both systems had been wired incorrectly. I will definitely used Wyant again and would highly recommend them!

Description of Work: Wyant freed up my electronic air filter, which was caught and not removable for changing. They rebuilt the housing for it. They also repaired the seasonal switch oh the humidifier. They were really helpful and professional. I am going to contract with them for service of my heating and air.

 + -1 moreGreat work all around. Have used this company three times before. First time, they rewired humidifier. Unit had not worked since day one that I moved in. On the way out, I mentioned to the technician that the fan did not work on the "on" position. Only in the auto position. Tech walked over to the unit and fixed it in less than 2 minutes. Did not add any charges to the bill.
Description of Work: PM on heating equipment. Replaced filter for humidifier. Honeywell Unit.

 + -1 moreThe job was professionally done on-time and on-budget. We had some teething problems --actually a fair number of them --but they were responsive and came back several times to fix them. We have'nt had a problem since and it seems to be working fine. Our electric and gas bills are significantly lower than in the previous house, even though we probbaly have about double the space now. I would have rated them higher, had we not had the initial problems --especially since those breakdowns happened in the peak of the summer.
Description of Work: Wyant installed a brand new deep-well geo-thermal heating and colling system in my home while it was being remodellled. We installed two news systems to cover the whole house, full ductwork, thermostats, etc etc.
